The grounds and lobby and restaurant were quite beautiful and I enjoyed walking around the resort. The pool was a little disappointing because there were only a few lounge chairs in the sun for bathing. I also found my room to be outdated. There was mold in the shower and the water did not drain. The curtains were very old and my bed had a faint mold smell. The tub outside was very nice to look at but not functionally because there was no hot water. The gym was also very outdated. This hotel has potential to be a really nice place if they made the rooms a little more modern. Also you will be very far from the city and as a solo traveler, this was not ideal.

We had an awful experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but we left after 1 night since my son and I both had an allergy to something in the room! The room was not very clean, there was humidity (see pictures), a coackroach in our room and a lot of mostiquos. Moreover clearly it does not look like a room for a 5 stars hotel… We took the room with direct access to the swimming pool but it was just next to the terrasse of the hotel where we had noice until midnight and again as from 6AM. The air conditioning was noisy. And when we decided to leave since we had an allergy, they didn’t want to discuss our complaint, even told me I could get an allergy from somewhere else so I needed to go to the doctor to show my allergy and the doctor needed to confirm it came from the room , then they told us to complain on trip.com. We left and did contact trip.com (the service was great !), and the hotel told trip.com that we never told them our problems. They reimburse nothing, not even the breakfast we didn’t eat since we left. This is so unacceptable on all levels, we fet treated like “nothing”. I really recommend you to look for other hotels in Chiang mai.

We enjoy using the in room massaging bath tub and the swimming pool. This place is exotic and it is worthy to try for 1-2 days

The place is beautiful, like a theme park, well decorated, with an excellent restaurant and first-class service, especially in the restaurant. The room smells of wood and has all the basic amenities, as well as a pleasant terrace and a central pool. It's worth it if you're going with family. The downside is that it's a bit far from the city's tourist attractions.

Lovely hotel and staff. They really know how to take care of their guests. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Surrounding was very calm and we had a very relaxing holiday with them. Planning to go again next year.

We loved our stay at Khum Phraya Resort. It is one of the best resort we have been to so far. Having the most beautiful swimming pool that we can view from the above room or right next to your door. Food is lovely and hotel staff is friendly. We have all we want in this place. Such a lovely resort in Chiangmai
