Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

We switched from the Jimbaran Bay Villa to the Premier Ocean View Villa, and the view became absolutely stunning. There are no obstructions whatsoever, with the entire Jimbaran Bay right in front of us. The bay faces Denpasar Airport directly, so we could watch planes take off and land. The room was also an upgrade compared to the Jimbaran Bay Villa. The living room was larger, and the walk-in closet and bathroom were on par. The outdoor shower in the courtyard was incredibly refreshing. We booked dinner in the pavilion, and the service was very attentive. The seafood was extremely fresh and the portions were generous. However, the in-room dining was just average and could use some improvement.

For our first family trip to Bali, we chose the Four Seasons Jimbaran, and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. A special shout-out to Ms. Lee Go-eun, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. For anyone considering accommodation in Jimbaran, I highly recommend the Four Seasons. I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The amenities were very convenient, the staff was friendly, and the hotel scenery was beautiful. The only minor issue was occasionally encountering insects, which was a bit unsettling.

The hotel's public areas have a great ambiance, and the overall atmosphere is quiet, making it perfect for guests looking to relax and unwind. The front desk manager was very professional, responsive when help was needed, and communication was seamless. Kudos to all the front desk staff. The restaurant by the hotel's beach offers stunning Jimbaran sunset views. We dined there for three consecutive evenings to watch the sunset, and the food was delicious with excellent service. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended.

The overall service was excellent. Breakfast was served until 11 AM, and you could even pack some bread to go if you thought you'd get hungry in the afternoon. There were plenty of drink options to take with you too. The private pool in the room was a real treat. Plus, the bar offered a tour of their secret cellar where they're developing new wines, letting you sample different Balinese varieties.

Visited this hotel on a trip to Bali with friends. We stayed two nights in Ubud, then moved to Jimbaran and checked in here. The ocean-view pool was absolutely lovely! ✨ We particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The restaurant had outdoor terrace seating, perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sunset. The dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious, and the service was attentive, which we really appreciated. Breakfast had a fantastic location, and the variety of options, both à la carte and buffet, made it a truly enjoyable experience! ✨

The room facilities were well-maintained, contrary to what some others had said. I was pleasantly surprised by the sea view from the room, and it seemed the pool water was heated, so it wasn't cold at all – very comfortable. There was also a super cute lizard at the breakfast area. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. The shuttle service was one car per room, so no sharing with other guests, and the response time was quite fast. All in all, Four Seasons is always my first choice when traveling.
