This Hotel is rated much to high. The only benefit is the location right next to the twin towers. We arrived at midnight at the hotel and the reception was empty only a security guy was there. He called someone and a guy appeared . We received the keycard and a lot of WhatsApp messages how to do what and where is what located. Then the guy disappeared. The room was a Desaster. Mattress stained and dirty, furniture all old and dirty. Bathrobe full of stains and towels full of holes. Cabinets dirty and full of some bugpoison. Terrific . The rooftop pool in a bad condition. Never book this hotel again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Tropicana The Residence with my parents and family. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful KLCC view. Parking was convenient and easy, and the agent was friendly and easy to deal with. The location is excellent, within walking distance of KLCC, although you do need to cross the road to get there. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Kuala Lumpur. We’ll definitely come back again soon! 😊

Finally checked off the highly popular infinity pool at The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur! The night view is absolutely breathtaking. Standing in the pool, you're directly facing the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers, and you can also see the Merdeka 118 with the entire city lights spread out below – the ambiance is just incredible. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. It gets a bit more crowded after dusk, but it doesn't affect the viewing experience at all; every photo you take looks like a masterpiece. You definitely have to stay here when you visit Kuala Lumpur. This unique high-altitude romance was truly the biggest surprise of the trip. Highly recommended!

The place is dirty as hell , beds are full of bed bugs , all their reviews are fake, if you bring your kids their they will surly get sick within hours , on top of that the staff are rude and most them are from middles east , I booked for 5 nights and left the hotel next day , plus when I cancelled the booking with rest of the day , they agree to refund my money to trip.com, and told me not to post bad reviews, I am back to Hong Kong and I’m still waiting for my refund. The staff there are hell bad. Room was full of dust , the bedsheets stinks. Tv doesn’t work .

The apartment was great, with amazing views. The check-in process was very smooth and quick. The infinity pool in the complex was impressive for its views, although the maintenance was a bit lacking, but this is not the fault of the accommodation itself. A highly recommended place, right in the center of everything.

Nice & Spacious My room with KLCC view was awesome. The washing machine with dryer make it an excellent stay. A pool with KLCC view and night view is so beautiful. A few minutes walk to KLCC.
