The location is excellent, with some essential shops and services nearby. Most importantly, it's very close to the exhibition center and the airport, making it a top choice for business travelers. My trip was quite rushed, so I didn't get to experience the breakfast or the pool, which is a bit of a shame.

My stay was excellent! The overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The service was very thoughtful and attentive, and every staff member I interacted with had a lovely attitude and provided professional service. It's truly a great high-end hotel. Plus, the executive lounge is also fantastic and highly recommended.

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge experience was excellent overall, with attentive and thoughtful staff. The specialty cocktail service was a standout, creating drinks with outstanding flavors. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge during my leisure time. Linda was very helpful during check-in, arranging a room with a great location and conditions, making for a comfortable stay. During check-out, Winnie and Alfreda were friendly, nice, and provided detailed service, making the process smooth and efficient. Throughout my entire stay, all the staff members demonstrated excellent professionalism, were responsive, and welcoming. The hotel paid attention to all the details, and I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

I had such a wonderful stay this time, I just have to share! 😁 As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by Amanda at the front desk ≽^⚈⩊⚈^⩼. She was beautiful, had a sweet voice, and was incredibly efficient. She smiled throughout, introducing me to all the hotel facilities and thoughtfully reminding me when breakfast ended and the pool opened. Her attention to detail immediately won me over! Even though I'm just a basic club member, she patiently explained the member benefits and even gave me two drink vouchers to redeem during the day – so nice!!! When I checked in late at night, she thoughtfully asked if I needed a late check-out; truly full of thoughtful details. The room was 50 square meters, perfect for one person! The large French windows offered an expansive view, and the bed was so soft it felt like sinking into clouds – I didn't want to get up even to turn over. The room's overall style was modern and minimalist, with warm tones and soft lighting. The smart control system allowed me to adjust the curtains and air conditioning with a single touch. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were premium Byredo products, exuding luxury!!! The hotel lobby's design was full of character; every photo I took looked like a masterpiece. I absolutely must rave about the breakfast! There were so many options that it was hard to choose. The freshly made wontons were delicious, and there was an endless supply of Western pastries and fresh juices. There were also various egg options to choose from; the Eggs Benedict was the absolute best!!! The pool was also amazing. The constant water temperature was just right; after a couple of laps, I felt completely refreshed. Lounging on a poolside chair, I felt utterly content with life. In short, I truly love this hotel. I made sure to write this review before checking out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!!

I stayed here for a friend's wedding. The hotel is newly renovated and well-equipped. However, it's located near a street with ongoing construction and is also close to the airport's air control zone, so it can be quite noisy. There aren't many shopping areas nearby, though there's a mall right next door, but the dining options there are very limited. The hotel is quite thoughtful; they provide earplugs in every room, probably because they know it's a noisy area.

The location is superb, offering great convenience whether you're heading to the exhibition center or exploring the surrounding areas. What truly delighted us was the hotel's parent-child handicraft program. The activities were rich and engaging, and the staff were incredibly patient with their guidance. Our child was fully immersed, enjoying the hands-on experience of crafting and having a blast. This added so many joyful memories to our trip, which is a huge bonus for family travel. We would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk staff: Kidd, Linda, Winnie, Diana, and Iris. As we were a large family group, the check-in process was a bit complex, but they handled everything efficiently and in an organized manner. They consistently addressed our various requests, big and small, with a gentle attitude, patiently listened, and proactively helped coordinate solutions to all our issues. Their professionalism was evident in every detail, and we truly felt their thoughtful and warm service. This hotel perfectly balances the needs of business travelers and family vacationers, making it ideal for both business meetings and family fun. Our overall experience was top-notch, and we're still thinking about it even after leaving. We will definitely prioritize staying here again on our next visit to Shenzhen!
