The inconvenient location means you should choose a hotel transfer right away because walking from the metro is very far, and without a taxi, you'll simply get very tired. We probably got a very large room, but unfortunately, there were no glasses or plates for some reason, even though there was a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. It's unclear why there was no tableware; it was very strange. The service was quite good.

We stayed for a week in a two-room suite and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very spacious, and the view from the 30th floor was simply beautiful. We especially want to highlight the friendly and accommodating staff. Since a family member wasn't feeling well, we were even allowed a later check-out. We truly appreciated this. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very old rooms, doesn't match the pictures, cigarette smell in the room, even the curtains are burnt. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely not recommended – a very bad experience. We stayed in a 2+1 apartment and were unfortunately very dissatisfied with our stay. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The walls were dirty, the bathroom doors didn't close properly, and there weren't even toilet brushes in the toilets. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The location is also particularly problematic for families with children. The hotel is surrounded by busy streets with heavy traffic. You feel like you're sleeping directly on the street. The traffic noise was constantly audible. The balcony door didn't close properly, and the lock didn't work, allowing a lot of outside noise into the room. The window in the master bedroom also didn't close properly. We therefore requested a room change and were given another apartment. Unfortunately, the situation there was no better. The second room also had the same or similar problems. The cleanliness in the hotel's common areas was also very poor. From the parking lot to the room, you didn't even want to touch the doors because they and the shared areas were so dirty. We took the children to the pool. According to the hotel, the water was supposed to be 28 degrees. We absolutely cannot confirm this. To us, it felt more like around 18 degrees. The water was so cold that we couldn't swim with the children. The apartment does have a kitchen and various kitchen appliances, so you can generally prepare your own food. However, when we requested plates, cutlery, and knives from the hotel, we only received plastic forks and plastic knives. When we asked for a normal knife for a watermelon, it was denied. The reason given was actually that someone could get hurt with it. A truly absurd situation. In summary, we find it very difficult to say anything positive about this hotel. We had significant problems with cleanliness, noise, the condition of the apartment, the pool, and the service. We especially cannot recommend this hotel for families with children. We would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend the hotel at all.
