Tianhua Hotel Shanghai People's Square Nanjing Road Walkway

The hotel is really clean and near to many restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended if you are travel on the budget but still want to have a nice place to stay!

The place was very nice with a great location. It's right next to people's park, many restaurants, and train stations. The room was very nice and spacious.

Beautiful rooms! BUT construction going on INSIDE the hotel. I would love to stay longer without constructions going on! The hotel rejected it give a discount,so you can leave or pay full price. constructions started at 8AM. Which is early when you have a jet lag and you really don’t want to listen to that noise on vacation and paying for it! They didn’t warned about it on their website only a small sign table when you have ALREADY arrived for checkin! Surprise surprise. Nothing to offer in return for the guests. The hotel seems not to care.

We stay at family room. The room looks newly renovated. The room is clean. They change the towel everyday. Refrigerator works well, the shower works well, within the hot an cold water. There is also water kettle. We can keep our luggage at the lobby after check out time. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Very good location. At the surrounding area, there are May restaurants. Next to the hotel there is a 24 hours convenience store. Walking distance to Nanjing Road. We are very pleasant to stay here and will surely recommend this hotels to our friends. Keep up the good work !!👍🏼👍🏼 thank you.
