Opus Vancouver

I love this hotel. The location is perfect. It's right across the street from the skytrain and near many restaurants. The staff members are all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great too. I love the little extras like the phone charger and the scented oil. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. However other than that there isn't much to recommend this hotel. The most frustrating part of our stay is that the rooms are not made up when you're out of the room in the day. Rather they do the rooms in the evening after 17:00 which makes no sense. So you've been out enjoying Vancouver since about 09:00, come back to your room in the evening, and the room is still not made up. Really ruined the experience. Worse yet, they don't mention this at all or have a way, like a sign or something, to indicate that you want your room to be made up. The room only had a do not disturb sign. After the second day of it not being made up I asked why and was told that they make up the rooms after 17:00.

Great location steps away from Sky Train station. Staff exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. (6 stars for them). Complimentary glass of wine on check in and chocolates in room much appreciated. Bed quite comfy. Only reason I didn’t give 5stars for everything is because although the room met a much better than average standard, it was not exceptional. We would definitely stay in this facility again!
