The Sukhothai Shanghai

The decor is unique, the room is quiet, and the service is excellent. The concierge communicates proactively, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the Shanghai scallion pancakes. The location is superb, convenient for getting around everywhere. This will be my go-to hotel in Shanghai from now on!

The room decor is quite nice, and there's plenty of natural light. All the staff members were very friendly, and the location is also very convenient for getting around. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. 😂

The room is well-equipped and spacious. Turndown service was provided every night, which was a nice touch. I really liked the sound system. The hotel staff provided excellent service 👍, and the manager patiently explained all my questions. The mooncakes 🥮 from The Sukhothai were also made with high-quality ingredients, had premium packaging, and tasted great.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It's spacious, and the bathroom is large with separate areas for the sink and shower, plus a bathtub. The facilities are complete, and opening the curtains makes the room bright. The front desk service and room cleaning were also excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, making it suitable for business trips...

I chose this hotel specifically for the Labubu cake promotion, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent, the environment is clean and tidy, and the staff were very enthusiastic. Although there was a minor hiccup with the Labubu cake purchase, the 'Guest Relations' lady was incredibly helpful and made sure I got my beloved Labubu cake, for which I'm very grateful. It's a shame I don't know her name, but I truly appreciate her efforts. My trip to 'The Sukhothai' was definitely worth it!
