Grand Summit Hotel General Santos

Staffs are so welcoming, and the room’s soooo clean and provided me with everything I need. The location also is very good! I had a wonderful stay here and would like to book again if I come back in GenSan!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Summit Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent from check-in until check-out. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, good food, and convenient location. Everything made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We will definitely come back again.

I recently stayed at Grand Summit Hotel General Santos and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Overall experience is good. Improvement need to be done: The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very slow, and I was unable to work effectively on my laptop. The dining experience was also disappointing due to the presence of houseflies and concerns about the cleanliness of the utensils. Utensils should only be placed when guests are seated, as placing them in advance may compromise hygiene after previous diners. The food itself was acceptable.

The bathroom wall and floor a bit slimy. Maybe is my room only. But overall is well. Staff are alert, friendly, helpful and have initiative.

It’s a newly built hotel in General Santos City just at the back of Robinsons Mall. It’s nice, very decent, clean and convenient. The customer service is also very accommodating. Over-all we enjoyed our stay! 👍🏻👍🏻

The location is great, very close to Robinsons Mall and walking distance to Veranza Mall. The pool was well maintained. There's free water refill thru the dispenser by the corridors. The only thing that really shocked me are the towels. For a 4-star rated hotel that boasts its kinda luxurious vibe, the towels are really disappointing. I have stayed in 2-star hotels with fresher, whiter and newer towels. Their towels were grayish white, old, rough and obviously worn-out. I had high expectations. It was such a turn-off. Hopefully you can buy new towels and impress your guests better the next time.

Very satisfied with this hotel, it was newer, well maintained, very clean, staff was accommodating, breakfast buffet was very good

It was a good experience; the room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again next time.
