Majestic Palace

Stayed at the Majestic Palace on 26th May for a week. Overall a very nice hotel. Very nice room with balcony and view of the Garda lake and mountains. Good breakfast and dinner buffet with lots to choose from - apart from not being a big fan of buffets we have nothing to complain about. 25 minute walk to the centre but also a cheap minibus from the hotel. Not a 5 star experience but a good 4 star.

Our 5 day stay in April 2026 was exceptional. Maj Palace appears to have been recently refurbished and all the photos shown on the website are completely accurate. Decor and high standard of interior design was outstanding. The staff are professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The roof top bar ,especially in the evening, is a beautiful experience with stunning views. Food is of the highest standard. The good size room had a large balcony with stunning views of the mountains and also to the Bay of Naples. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

Excellent hotel , amazing friendly staff, great location, clean, food good

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had on vacation ever. The ambiance was completely off, staff rude in ways I've never experienced before. The room didn't seem to have been cleaned, or maybe they just use sheets that have brown, yes BROWN stains in them. And it all looks very cozy and fun in the pictures but that was not at all the reality. And if that isn't enough, the things we heard about the owners and their kid were diabolical. Would never recommend anybody to go here. (My husband has some weird bumps on his leg now too, so we're getting that checked out..)

This is such a lovely hotel. Great location, scenic, quiet yet with option of bus to bring you into town if you don't feel like the short walk. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is varied and tasty. Staff are polite and very helpful. Would happily recommend this hotel as it is perfect for everyone.

Unfortunately, my experience at the bar was disappointing. The staff members Chiara and Emanuello were notably unfriendly and unwelcoming, which left a negative impression. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, but this was sadly not the case here.

We had a fabulous stay here, food was excellent, clean hotel and staff incredibly friendly and helpful Lovely selection of pools and activities. We will be back!

We recently stayed at the Majestic Palace in Malcesine as two adults, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Our room was spotless — the cleanliness was impeccable, with every detail perfectly taken care of. It felt fresh and welcoming every day of our stay. The hotel’s park is simply beautiful: immaculately maintained, lush, and full of charm. Walking through it was a pleasure in itself, and it provided a wonderful atmosphere of peace and relaxation. A special mention must go to the entire restaurant and bar staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel like valued guests at all times. Their warm smiles and efficient service added an extra touch of joy to our holiday. We can’t recommend the Majestic Palace highly enough — it’s the perfect place for a relaxing, carefree stay in stunning surroundings. We are already looking forward to returning
