Comfort Inn Metro Airport

Overall it was clean, bar and restaurant was cozy my double shot was amazing more like a triple shot. Bartender was amazing and the food smelled great. I chose my room on my 3rd floor less traffic making the rooms maybe a bit more decent. I had a late checkout of 12pm rather that 11am which was awesome and I used the airport shuttle it was on time and I can’t complain :)

This hotel needs a lot of work. We were on the 3rd floor. The hallway carpet is bunching up in places. Someone will fall one day. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. We had tv issues where one room had different channels than the other. Jimmy at the front desk was very helpful is resolving this issue. One room’s toilet was so low to the ground. Hot water ran out during a shower one night around 830pm. This hotel needs a major update. Location is great. Aber at the front desk in the mornings was pleasant and very friendly. Not sure if we’ll be back. But we’ll see.

Mandrell was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was not so good. Food was cold and limited selection. Room was nice and clean. Dinner was good as well. Overall, great experience

As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer.
