The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen

The service at the Ritz is consistently excellent; no matter where you go, staff members greet you. The breakfast is also quite unique, surprisingly offering Oden and handmade ramen. Thumbs up! The only slight drawback is that the newly renovated rooms still have a noticeable smell, and with sealed windows, even the air purifier doesn't quite get rid of it. Plus, facing the office building across the street means a bit less privacy.

A huge shout-out to Vanilla at the front desk of The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy! My stay was absolutely perfect. The lobby ambiance is grand and elegant, and the location is superb. However, the most outstanding aspect was undoubtedly the professional service from the front office team. A special thank you to Front Office Director Perry and the entire front desk team: Hedy, Jimmy, Jennifer, Molly, Erin, Dannie, Koko, Sahar, Joy, Bella, and Eva. The whole team is incredibly well-trained and works seamlessly together, maintaining order even during peak check-in times. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The team members were consistently gentle and polite, proactively explaining hotel facilities, local transportation, and member benefits. They were prompt in responding to requests for luggage storage, coordinating room needs, and answering inquiries. Their attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly embodying the Ritz-Carlton's 'Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen' philosophy. Each team member was patient, meticulous, and handled situations with poise, resolving issues efficiently and thoughtfully. There was no cumbersome waiting at any point, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. When I visit Futian next time, The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen Galaxy will still be my top choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The space is elegant and grand, and the refreshments are both beautiful and delicious, made with care and offering balanced flavors. It's a rare and healing space amidst the bustling CBD. The experience was impeccable, and it's already on my list of places to frequent. Highly recommended!

Located in Futian CBD, the hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for travel to and from Hong Kong. The service was perfect.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Joy at the front desk was warm and professional, attentive to my needs, and specially arranged a room with an excellent view. The scenery outside the window was open and pleasant. Communication was gentle and patient, and all arrangements were handled properly. The hotel service was comprehensive, making me feel right at home. I sincerely thank them and will choose to stay here again on future visits.

Although there were a few minor hitches during my stay, the hotel staff handled everything efficiently and responsively, and the issues were resolved quickly and properly. I'd especially like to thank Jennifer for her patient assistance throughout, her gentle and considerate demeanor, and for proactively helping me coordinate various matters – she's very responsible. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

Environment: It's in a relatively bustling area of Shenzhen, very convenient for shopping and such. Service: The service at the Ritz is genuinely excellent! Mandy called a day in advance to ask about our check-in time and room preferences. The restaurant experience was also great; they always helped guests with drinks, and all the ordered food was brought directly to our table. Pool: The pool on the upper floor is quite lovely, and the attendants were very attentive. Both the elderly and children were very satisfied with the Ritz. We'll definitely come back again!
