Everything was great, but if we needed towels or coffee, creamers or anything, we had to call the front desk to go get them

We had a 1 bedroom unit.. comfortable king bed and furniture. We liked that the bedroom was separate and could be closed off. Convenient location. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, new carpet, furniture and beds. The BBQ grills need to be replaced. I highly recommend this place.

We came here with two couples. The hotel was nice enough to put us on the same floor, in the same hall, very close to one another. The small suites are perfect for a couple, but I would refrain from saying it was large enough, even for a small family. A larger single room would for a couple with a small child. The unit was very clean. We had a fan that needed repair. I notified the front desk and within a couple of hours it was working fine, like new. The front desk staff is exceptionally nice and polite. There is a washer and dryer room on site. We played pool while waiting for our clothing to go through the cycles and then dry. One thing that I feel is very important for a hotel guest to remember. Things happen that are out of the control of the office. There is no need to fuss. They know about it, and will fix it ASAP. The week we were there a sensor on the elevator went out. This is not something that they have in stock, and the elevator company then becomes dependent upon their suppliers. They offered to have people there to help with your luggage when you checked out. They offered to anyone a trick that made the elevator work. They were doing the best they could, Giving the hotel staff grief of over an issue that is out of their control will not get it fixed faster. If you need help, ask for it. If not, then just go on about your business. They will have it fixed as soon as they can. Thank you to Devon and the hotel staff for a very nice stay. You have a lovely hotel in a very nice location. Santa Fe was a great place to spend the first week of our vacation.

My family stayed in a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a kitchen. The rooms were incredibly comfortable with very private bathrooms, good tv options and a comfortable living room . The hotel is walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza and Georgia O'Keefe museum.
