Joali Maldives

We had a wonderful stay at Joali to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making our family feel cared for throughout the trip. A very special thank you to Abby, our butler, who went above and beyond in every way. She anticipated our needs, handled every request with grace, and added so many thoughtful touches to make the celebration unforgettable. From arranging noise-cancelling headphones for our daughter on the (very noisy!) seaplane, to organizing beautiful surprises in the villa – including sandcastles, balloons, gifts, and decorations using photos from her birth – she truly made the experience magical. She also coordinated fantastic excursions for us, such as dolphin watching and a submarine trip, which our daughter absolutely loved. We were equally impressed by the restaurant teams across the island. The food quality, the variety, and the consistently excellent service made every meal a pleasure. Overall, Joali delivered an extraordinary family holiday filled with personalised touches and heartfelt service. We can’t wait to return.

The island is full of many kinds of excellent restaurant and activities, food is really good. Not to mention the spa was my best spa ever in my life. All staffs are very friendly, especially our butler Adi, has been extremely helpful. Sharks are oftenly seen at our villa, that's a big surprise. 这座岛上遍布各种一流的餐厅和活动，食物非常美味。更不用说那里的水疗中心是我一生中体验过的最好的水疗了。所有员工都非常友好，尤其是我们的管家阿迪，帮了我们很多忙。在我们的别墅附近经常能看到鲨鱼，这真是个大惊喜。

5 days/nights with wife at Joali (luxury water villa). The occasion was birthday getaway for my wife and the hotel provided birthday room decor and dinner arrangement that lived up to our expectations. The island has outstanding ecosystem and very well maintained facilities. Hygiene was nearly perfect. Special shoutout to our multilingual “jadugar”(butler) Jupiter who assisted us throughout the entire stay for all kinds of activities. The manners and hospitality of the staff team at Joali were right on point, not excessive, which gave guests good privacy. Also quick mention of intern named “Ama” who was helpful occasionally along with Jupiter. Joali villa interior design and food selections really stand out! 娇丽的别墅果然是马尔代夫最出片的之一，酒店各处和房间内的卫生都很好。Jupiter管家热情且有分寸，妥当安排了岛上所有的活动。酒店的餐食选择十分丰富。

All good. Nouha is very kind and helps us a lot. We enjoy the view. The water villa with pool is so cool，and we can enjoy the sunset every night.
