My experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful:
1. There was a complete lack of service. During check-in, the front desk staff offered no information whatsoever about the room's facilities, Wi-Fi, or any chargeable amenities.
2. The room was incredibly old, dirty, and infested with bugs and cockroaches. Stains were visible everywhere.
3. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.
4. Situated right next to the Don Mueang Airport expressway, the windows offered terrible sound insulation.
5. There was virtually no soundproofing within the room itself, and the door lacked any noise-dampening features. When a door closed on the floor, the entire corridor vibrated.
6. In this day and age, at check-out, guests are still made to wait for a room inspection, despite the hotel having already collected a deposit.
7. Upon check-out, I was asked to pay for disposable slippers, even though absolutely no one had informed me during check-in that these would be chargeable. After some argument, they eventually waived the fee.
8. The hotel's front desk staff completely lacked basic English communication skills; conversations were a constant guessing game. This is baffling, considering it's an international travel metropolis.
In conclusion, this hotel truly ought to cease operations. It's incredibly frustrating how they've renovated only the lobby and used heavily photoshopped room images to mislead guests.

The room facilities were excellent, spacious, and spotlessly clean – truly faultless. Breakfast was just okay, with nothing particularly memorable.
The biggest letdown was definitely the hotel's dining options. For a 5-star hotel in Bangkok, an 80 RMB (all-inclusive) bowl of Tom Yum Goong was a huge disappointment: it contained only three tiny, tough, and clearly not fresh shrimps. The soup itself was murky and simply awful. Having visited Thailand 12 times, I can honestly say this hotel's Tom Yum Goong was the most expensive, the worst-tasting, and had the poorest quality ingredients I've ever encountered.
Even a glass of lemonade, priced at over 30 RMB including tax, was sickeningly sweet, poor quality, and undrinkable. I'd strongly recommend adults either stick to the hotel's buffet or, even better, eat out, as the à la carte menu is truly disappointing, on top of the hefty 17% tax.

U won't believe the comments until u experience it yourself. The staff are very friendly and approachable, including the cleaners. The price is very reasonable but the service is better than expected. Highly recommended
