這個酒店的入住經歷非常差： 1. 完全沒有任何服務，入住時前台完全沒有任何關於酒店房間設施，Wi-Fi及收費用品的介紹。 2. 房間非常陳舊，臟，有蟲和蟑螂。到處都是污漬。 3. 空調非常吵。 4. 位於廊曼機場高速路旁，窗户隔音非常差。 5. 房間隔音幾乎沒有，門也沒有防撞隔音功能，一個房間關門整層樓都在震動。 6. 21世紀的現在，退房還要讓你等着查房，即使酒店已經收取了按金。 7. 退房讓我付一次性拖鞋錢，前文所述入住時就沒有任何人告知一次性拖鞋需要付費。一頓理論後又不收了。 8. 酒店前台工作人員連基本的英語溝通能力都沒有，説什麼都在猜。這可是一個國際旅行大都市。 結論，這家酒店應該結束營業，裝修了大堂及精修房間圖片來哄騙住客非常讓人沮喪。 The experience at this hotel was very poor: 1. There was absolutely no service. Upon check-in, the front desk provided no information about the hotel room facilities, Wi-Fi, or paid items. 2. The room was very old, dirty, and had bugs and cockroaches. There were stains everywhere. 3. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. 4. It is located next to the Don Mueang Airport expressway, and the sound insulation from the windows was very poor. 5. There was almost no soundproofing in the room, and the door had no soundproofing features; when one room closed, the entire floor shook. 6. In the 21st century, you still have to wait for a room inspection when checking out, even though the hotel has already collected a deposit. 7. When checking out, I was asked to pay for disposable slippers, and no one had informed me during check-in that these slippers would incur a charge. After some discussion, they waived the fee. 8. The front desk staff at the hotel lacked even basic English communication skills; they struggled to understand anything and were just guessing. This is an international travel metropolis. In conclusion, this hotel should go out of business. It is very frustrating that they renovated the lobby and used retouched images of the rooms to deceive guests.

房間設施很好，寬敞乾淨，無可挑剔。早餐一般，沒有記憶亮點。 需要吐槽的是酒店裡的餐飲，作為曼谷5星酒店，含税80人民幣一碗的冬陰功，裏面衹有區區3個蝦（而且蝦肉很柴不新鮮），並且湯很難喝，渾濁一碗，。來過12次泰國，這酒店的冬陰功最貴也最難喝，料最差! 一杯含税30多人民幣的檸檬汁齁甜，品質低且難喝。 建議成年人還是選擇酒店的自助餐或出去吃，酒店單點的出品令人遺憾，還要收17%的税。

酒店距離機場很近，附近有個特別大的711，房間比較乾淨，酒店屬於商務型的酒店，商務出差真的非常合適。
