The hotel location is easy to find and the overall environment is good. The front desk staff was very helpful during check-in. I had originally booked a windowless room and just casually asked if I could switch to one with a window. To my surprise, the staff member agreed! Thumbs up to him! 👍👍 The room facilities are also great, with a mini-fridge and complimentary drinks.

Shanghai's famous Huanghe Road food street is just a five-minute walk away, and People's Square and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street are about a ten-minute walk.
