Traveling around the world experiencing many luxury hotels. I can say for sure this hotel was the best out of all. The staff are very polite and thoughtful. The cleanliness was amazing. The scenery is beyond imagination. From inside the hotel you have access to so many different farms and Natural landscape areas. The management of the hotel was very considerate. We got stuck far away the hotel due to heavy rainfall and they quickly send us the hotel staff to pick us up for free. Amazing all i can say. They also give free photography at scenic areas around the hotel. The photographer was very nice young lady which will never forget “Her name Cici”. Kayson, Icey, Meyling, amazing staffs of the hotel. I feel like i have found great friends while staying at this comfortable hotel. I will return for sure. They also gave us a gift on check out. 100% recommend this hotel for family and friends. I am specially grateful for the extra care we received from the manager (yè zi (Leaf)), her professional behavior made everything so comfortable and pleasant.

The environment was beautiful, and the service was attentive. They even offer a travel photography service. I left something behind when checking out, and they kindly brought it downstairs for me. Much appreciated!

This place offers great view of the ten mile gallery. Breakfast & high tea provided with night deserts daily. It would be great if the menu are different daily. Transfer is provided within the 5km but only selected place designated by the hotel only it would be great if they provide transfer to and from hotel as they have many cars available. Unfortunately, they were shot of drivers. Within the radius of their amenities, e-bikes are easily rented. Last but not least, free photoshoot by their professional photographer Jia Jia was nice. Highly recommend staying here! The environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. Each room feels like a landscape painting, and the infinity pool is absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely come back next time! 👍

We initially booked for two days, and after staying, our little one didn't want to leave, so we extended for another two! It was a fantastic experience with absolutely stunning views and thoughtful, meticulous service.
