However, some of the dishes were a bit cool when served, which slightly affected the overall experience. It would be great if the food temperature could be maintained better. In addition, I would like to highlight the service aspect, especially at the reception and in the breakfast area. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of friendliness and warmth. A more welcoming attitude, with genuine smiles and a friendly approach, would really make guests feel more comfortable and valued. The reception team, in particular, plays a very important role as they create the first impression of the hotel. A warm greeting and attentive service can truly enhance the overall guest experience. Hospitality is not only about facilities and food, but also about how guests are made to feel. With a more friendly and engaging service style, I believe the experience would be even better.
