We stayed at Jungle Rock and both of us were absolutely impressed. It's a quiet place where you can truly relax, enjoy a digital detox, and immerse yourself in nature. The service and entire atmosphere are perfectly designed for this. You feel like you're the only ones on an island in the jungle, as other villas are hidden by the trees. Your own private zoo hops around you: lizards, birds, butterflies, and monkeys (not intrusive at all, rather shy; they just watched us from the trees and then ran off). The food is delicious, including pastries and fruits. Portions are generous. Prices are like those at a restaurant, but here you feel like a special guest, and it's worth paying a bit extra for that. They constantly brought us gifts to the villa, like fruits and cookies (all incredibly tasty). It's amazing how they managed to do this without ever disturbing us. We'd just come back, and everything would be tidied up, with the gifts left. And this happened at different times, showing a truly personalized approach. Even if this paradise gets a bit boring, there's a weekly schedule of daily activities (fishing, jungle trips, kayaking, etc.). Perfect for a honeymoon. Very romantic.

Utopia hotel that turned into a nightmare (thanks only to the staff) If you're currently hesitating and wondering whether to come here — I beg you, don't! This hotel is a perfect example of how beautiful social media pictures crumble against harsh reality. Honestly, it's a complete utopia in the worst sense of the word. 1. Price vs. Quality (and the winner is unclear) The price-to-quality ratio here is like a bad joke. They charge luxury prices, but what you get is neglect. The grounds look like the gardeners were fired last season: old leaves everywhere, dry grass, and a complete sense of abandonment. 2. Villa and rooms: prison minimalism At first glance, the villa looks tolerable, but this deceptive impression lasts only until you step inside. It's very dark, and the floors are depressing (I couldn't shake off the association with an institutional building). The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, it works like a "weak fan," but at the same time, it sounds like a plane taking off — prepare to sleep to a roar. The furniture has seen better days: chairs wobble and make you fear for your safety, there are scuffs everywhere and traces of former luxury. 3. Pools and beach: painful and disgusting The pool at the villa is a tiny puddle. The main pool looks unkempt and dirty. It's scary to even step into your own villa pool: the tiles around the edges are so sharp you could cut yourself, plus they're scorching hot, like a frying pan. The beach is a separate kind of sadness. Our check-in coincided with low tide, and the entire coastline greeted us with the smell of rotten fish and swamps. The sand here is like crushed shells: if it gets on your skin, it's instant pain and micro-scratches. Swimming in the sea is absolutely dreadful, no pleasure at all. 4. Food: the only bright spot Surprisingly, the cuisine here was truly delightful. Breakfasts are very tasty: pho-bo, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, red fish, and even sparkling wine. But don't get too comfortable – à la carte prices are absurdly inflated, as if you're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, not this neglected place. 5. Staff and the outcome of our escape The only thing that warmed my soul was the people. Huge thanks to the butler Ben (I hope I remembered his name correctly): he was kind, caring, and genuinely tried to salvage this hopeless vacation. All the staff are friendly, but smiles and "have a nice day" don't fix broken service. Out of 3 nights booked, we only endured 1 day. My anniversary was hopelessly ruined, and we literally fled the hotel like a sinking ship. We tried to get a refund for the unused 2 nights – the management didn't even budge, they don't care about your comfort or mood. Special thanks to the Trip team for at least actively and promptly trying to help us resolve this nightmare. As an experienced traveler who has seen many villas in different countries, I tell you: don't make my mistake. After this hotel, the feeling of bitter disappointment and the nauseating difference between "expectation" and "reality" didn't leave me for another three days. It will be boring, gloomy, stuffy, and annoying here. What a waste of nerves and a celebration. Verdict: Take the same money and confidently go to villas in Cam Ranh — there you will at least get the sea, care, and normal service. Reading this text again, it's as if I relived that horror, and I feel disgusted all over again. Spare yourself and your vacation!

Excellent place, secluded jungle cabins. Delicious food, friendly staff. Lots of different activities. Plenty of diverse wildlife. Peace, tranquility, and communion with nature!

It's absolutely beautiful! The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The resort grounds are huge, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room type is stunning, even better than the pictures. I'd love to come back again if I have the chance. I really enjoyed it!

How do I put this? It's definitely not worth the price, over 3000 (RMB) is just too much. **Environment:** The scenery really isn't anything special. Most decent islands would have views like this. Plus, the hotel isn't very big, there's not much to do. And it's not even quiet; there are boats fishing at night and workers operating in the morning. It completely lacks the ambiance of a luxury hotel. **Hygiene:** It's okay. They clean twice a day. But the terrifying part is that there are insects everywhere at night, even big ones crawling inside. Most women wouldn't be able to handle it. I understand it's a Southeast Asian hotel, but those bugs were just too big. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old and dated. **Service:** The butler service shows no service awareness whatsoever. They didn't even proactively ask about the hotel's limited entertainment options, even though I mentioned wanting to participate in hotel activities when filling out the form upon arrival. They didn't inquire or suggest anything. It completely lacks the service expected of a luxury hotel.

The hotel we stayed at on our first day in Nha Trang absolutely made our trip! It felt like going back to my Maldives vacation days from over a decade ago, with that same 'one island, one hotel' concept. From Nha Trang airport, it was about a 75-minute taxi ride to the hotel's reception pier. We were greeted with towels, welcome drinks, and snacks, then filled out some forms and learned about the hotel policies before taking a 20-minute private yacht transfer to the island. The island itself is very natural, and the villas match that rustic vibe. We even saw lizards crawling in the yard and little birds flying into the living room to steal our welcome fruit, haha! The public pool is super photogenic, and just relaxing on a beach chair watching the sea was incredibly enjoyable. When we weren't doing that, we'd cycle around the island or go kayaking. The hotel restaurants served delicious food, though it was a bit inconvenient that the menus weren't in Chinese.

Had an incredibly relaxing stay thanks to the amazing butler service! Every single dish was delicious; you'll be satisfied no matter what you order. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet and leisurely getaway.

The hotel's location is truly unique, requiring a private boat to get there. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant's cuisine was even better – truly international fare. We were lucky to miss the rainy season, making for a perfect vacation.
