The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

Dongbai Lanes is definitely a great location to stay in Fuzhou, next to Sanfang Qixiang with great access, shopping mall & great restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were beautiful, spacious & amenities were good including breakfast. Only challenge no Concierge or the reception staffs who try to help have limited capabilities for foreigners. Nevertheless still a great hotel to stay.

This hotel near san fang qi xiang. You just need to go down stairs infront of the hotel. Behind this hotel there is highend mall. Alot of branded things. So convenient. Breakfast is delicious, chinese breakfast style. The rooms spacious and clean.

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Location is very convenient. Malls below, famous sanfangqixiang is accessible via the side of the hotel.
Overall, it's a pleasant stay here.
Will come back if I'm in Fuzhou again.

We will choose this hotel again as everything is perfect for the price. We have delivery from taobao before we arrive .the hotel staff handle our baggage w care and even go to the extend of helping us to check if the parcel received. This extra mile had delight us as we have no local handphone to be contactable. Aside to this. The room was clean and spacious . Location is just a street from the sanfangqixang. Total feel like a 5 star hotel.

Walking distance to 三坊七巷 . Plenty of food choice. Easier for family , even if raining , we still can spend our time in shopping mall next to hotel.
