今年第二次到福州，慶幸自己選擇了東百坊巷大酒店的，堪稱是這次旅途的最大亮點，也給此次老少三人的家庭旅行劃上了圓滿的句號。此次旅行一共9天，我們自駕跨越福建到達潮汕，再回頭選擇不同的城市落腳，福州原本不在計劃之中，但因為平潭天氣不好提前結束到福州。酒店是臨時訂的家庭房，原來是想湊合休息一下就開回家，但東百坊巷大酒店的服務確是極好的，照顧我們是三個成人，免費給我們升級了親子套房，客卧兩間套房寬敞明亮，23層居高俯視視野開闊，衞生間也有兩個，一個智能一個普通恰恰照顧到長者不會使用智能馬桶的問題，並且這個房型卧室的衞生間與我是時間可以關門，很好的避免了起夜或者早起洗漱對其他同住人的干擾，很是貼心的設計🫰地段好到有個小門出來直接就是塔巷，去南後街、達明美食街就像串門；還有這樣中心的地段居然極好停車，車位500多個有空就能停，這個給上次五一自駕前來到處找停車位的我們一掃陰影。有福之州名副其實，東百坊巷大酒店，以後我們還會再來的。

為了福州的深度遊，特意訂了此酒店，先説地理位置，在最熱鬧的景點邊上，酒店樓下就是地鐵入口，去那裡都方便，後面就是三坊七巷，熱鬧非凡，周邊食物豐富，對吃貨來講稱得上嘴停不下來。再講酒店服務，前台認真仔細，瞭解住宿目的是旅遊的，特意升了房型並面向三坊七巷方向，可看夜景。房間設備豐富到位，乾淨。
總之，這是一家值得推薦的很好的酒店。

酒店整體環境挺好的，
地理位置很棒，
與三坊七巷一牆之隔，
前台工作人員很熱情，
對小朋友也非常nice
早餐也不錯
不足之處在於
1. 衞生打掃不到位
房間內小童樂園區域，
第一天早上掉地板上的果屑下午還是留在原地，
（不是角落位置，就在中心位置）
反饋給前台後，
清潔人員也很敷衍的過來稍微擦了一下
後一天，地板有小紙屑沒有清理掉，
懶得反饋，自己清理撿掉了
2. 床品整理也比較敷衍，
頭一天打掃後，床品衹是稍微鋪平一點，
不確定是因為小童區域衞生問題，和前台反饋過，
還是後面兩天換了工作人員，
後面兩天的床品鋪設明顯就是規範很多
3.小童樂園區域的大件玩具擺放很顯眼，
但是拼搭積木的收納盒放的非常隱蔽，
如果不是無意中帳篷倒下來，
根本沒發現後面有個櫃門？
既然是配置了給客人用的，
為何不直接放在開架櫃上，
以便客人一目瞭然，直接取用？
收的這麼好是為了減低工作量嗎？
4. 頭一晚清理打掃後，
未給配備小童拖鞋，
和清潔人員溝通後，
她認為衹有成人入住，
後面當然是給補了。
也不知道酒店是怎麼管理培訓的，
這類房間，怎麼可能衹有成人入住，
成年人自己定個小童滑滑梯的房間自己玩？
另外也不知道是不是因為這個原因，
所以玩具區域沒怎麼認真打掃
5.房間的窗紗有點脱落，
有個小夜燈晚上時不時的閃爍，
想報修的時候，又好了，
反覆好幾次
