Overall, I was satisfied. The shuttle service was always available whenever I called the front desk. The room was spacious and quiet, and I especially loved the bay window and the bathtub. However, the staff lacked a welcoming smile. They gave a detailed introduction upon arrival but didn't offer us a welcome drink. There were five pools, one of which was under renovation, and all were great, giving a real resort feel. On the downside, the shuttle to Karon Beach was infrequent, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The night market nearby was excellent for browsing, and the durian was delicious.

The location is a bit out of the way, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but the hotel itself is really nice. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and they even gave me a surprise for my birthday check-in. There are also many swimming pools.

This is a very standard resort, nestled on a hillside near Karon Beach (a few hundred meters direct distance, with a shuttle service to the beach). The environment is serene and pleasant, with a full range of facilities, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel property is large and situated on a hill, so dedicated staff are available to help with luggage from check-in to check-out, which is very convenient. A special shout-out: The hotel anticipates guests' needs. We changed room types during our stay, and the hotel, when possible, had the new room prepared in advance and arranged staff to assist with a seamless transition, without any unnecessary waiting or repetitive check-in/out at the front desk. This was incredibly thoughtful. P.S. The breakfast selection is diverse; I highly recommend the omelet from the egg station – definitely give it a try!

Pros: The service was quite enthusiastic and responsive. The rooms were spacious with 180-degree views, and the bedding was comfortable. Also, since they are all stand-alone villas with only neighbors above and below, soundproofing and privacy are better. The staggered layout allows for distant sea views from the balconies, and there are many pools to enjoy water activities within the hotel. Breakfast was decent, quite simple, with good fruit, but the juices were not freshly squeezed, which was a bit disappointing. Cons: The gym equipment was limited, and the hotel is quite far from the beach and town. Overall, it's good value for money, nothing exceptional but left a positive impression. It's not over-the-top excellent though. This hotel is suitable for those looking for a quiet retreat nestled on a hillside or for people who plan to go sightseeing far away during the day. Tourists who prefer convenience to living areas or want to spend time at the beach should consider other options.

The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, quite expansive with five pools. It's tough to visit each one on foot, but there's a shuttle service on call. Breakfast offers a partial sea view and is pretty good, quite varied.

Highly, highly recommend! Absolutely love this type of comfortable, 'lie-flat' resort. Stayed for three nights and slept wonderfully every night. Highly recommend the rooms with direct pool access. When it's super hot outside, you can just pop out the back door into the pool and chill – it's incredibly refreshing. The breakfast was fantastic, with different options every day for the three days. Loved the banana pancakes and pasta, and the milk tea was also amazing!

The room facilities are a bit old. You need to take a shuttle bus to get out of the room due to the steep坡, so guests who mind this should choose another option. The hotel environment is decent with good greenery, and the breakfast taste is okay with a view of the sea.

The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread is generous. It's ideal for travelers who seek peace and quiet and enjoy 'hotel hopping'. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is perfect for couples. It was my first time in Phuket and I'm so glad I booked this place. You need to call a tuk-tuk to get to your room, and you can simply call from your room to have a car waiting at your door. The front desk staff speak Chinese, so communication was almost seamless. The breakfast has more Western options. The room is very comfortable and has a balcony for smoking. Luggage was handled by staff throughout my stay.
