Beautiful hotel and excellent location. The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous. The front desk staff was amazing. We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit! It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni. But, I would stay here again.

Right near Broadway, easy to walk back and enjoy your last cocktail and entertainment at Barlines inside the hotel! Great coffee shop for the morning after.

Omni staff were great and rooms were great. The only problem I had was that I had requested to have adjoining rooms with my sister. I texted the request five months ahead of my stay. Staff called me within minutes of my request and we spoke about my request for adjoining rooms. They said they could not promise me anything due to check-in being so far away but would note the request on my account. I communicated via text a few days before check-in and again was told that the request was noted on my account. I assumed that meant that we would have adjoining rooms. When we arrived we were told adjoining rooms were not available. They found rooms on the same floor.
If we had known that there would be no adjoining rooms we could have made other arrangements.
Being on the same floor is not an acceptable solution.
