Mainsail Motel & Cottages

Not as clean as it used to be. Bathroom was missing toilet paper and the floor was dirty. Garbage over flowing for two days until i flagged down a cleaning person. No staff on site which I don't think id do again.

The location was fantastic! The owner was lovely and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and adorable. My only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were not great and bedding was thin and a little scratchy. Regardless, I still recommend this property because it’s in a great location and the service is excellent.

The mainsail cottage was GREAT and certainly serves the main purposes as to why we went (close proximity to the beach, easy access, easy parking and private pool option for when we were done with the beach). The room was very clean, you could see housekeeping up and down consistently getting rooms ready throughout the day. The pool was extra clean as well. The owner or manager that seemed to be on duty every single day since Wednesday or Thursday was very accommodating and attentive. I think her name was Erica! I checked out early due to unrelated things with the cottage/my stay there and accidentally made a mistake with the keys. A gentlemen that also works there helped return them for me, so I didn’t have to drive back. Everyone there was amazing, even the guest were friendly snd respectful.

Fast check in, early check in. Very nice clean updated room. Lady at desk was super nice. Pool was cloudy but I might be snob since I have a crystal clear pool at home.

Awesome place to stay.. close to beach and restaurants without all the commotion ..will Definitely stay again

I enjoyed the heated pool. The rooms were very clean. Also the room was overbooked thru the site. We were accommodated and the front desk was very nice Enjoyed our stay would go there again.

Motel is in a great location, rooms looked updated but cheaply . Needs flowers like the previous owner, Good place to stay in Hampton beach similar to other motels.

The room was spotless clean with up to date furniture. The bed was decent. Great location in proximity to the beach and ballroom. Nice in ground swimming pool. My only complaint was the 9am checkout time. I didn’t think that was reasonable.

Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. The room was clean and very comfortable, but it was on the third floor which was difficult for me. The wi-fi didnt work. The TV didn't appear to work, I had to dig behind it and found that it was unplugged. I plugged it in and the signal "was too weak". They have a snack vending machine, but no drink machine. The door had one keyed lock. No deadbolt or chain. The good. Free on-site parking, clean room, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. It just wasn't for me.
