Yading Zhaxi Kongshu Tibetan Culture Theme Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Even though most of us don’t speak Chinese, one of our friends is Chinese and helped communicate with them. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel their sincerity and excellent service. They came to pick us up from the bus station, helped with our luggage and check-in, and even offered us welcome tea when we arrived. The lady we believe to be the owner was always smiling and going around to make sure everyone felt at home. She gave us excellent advice on how to trek safely in Yading. On our second day, when we decided to take a shorter route, she thoughtfully suggested that we prepare our luggage in advance and simply message her. She then arranged for our bags to be loaded and sent ahead from the nearest hotel bus stop, saving us the trouble of returning to the hotel ourselves. Such warm hospitality and thoughtful service made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yading National Reserve!

The staff are very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and have a view of the snowy mountains outside. The location is in Yading National Park, making it convenient for travelling to see nature. You don't have to waste time travelling in and out of the park. Delicious breakfast is available.

Great location so near the nature reserve, amazing views on your doorstep. The staff went out of their way to help us- especially as we do not speak Chinese.

The hotel is inside the Scenic Park at 4000m altitude. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. My room had two floors, on the lower floor there is a bathroom and a living room with a tea table and a TV, on the upper floor there is the bedroom. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed including an oxygen machine that helped with the sleep at the high altitude. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Chinese but in the end everything still worked out perfectly fine. Do not book the return flight too early in the morning because the first scenic bus leaves the park at 8:30am and it takes quite some time to reach the airport. (I did that mistake and had to rebook a hotel on my way to Chengdu)
