for a hotel that is about to undergo renovations, this location was actually exceptionally clean and seemed fairly well maintained overall.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.

The fold out bed in the living room had what looked like dry blood on it. The staff at check out was rude and rushed us to leave. I will never return there especially for almost $300 i paid.

The pool area is in very poor condition; has not been maintained or cleaned. First floor (only floor we were on) had a strong septic odor, the room was so damp our towels and bedding felt damp. Exterior doors were propped open into pool area and to back of building, safety concern. TV was incredibly old, took a while to get turned on. Would not recommend. Only positive note was the breakfast which was warm and quite good.

A very nice hotel with a clean room and a delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. Lots of dining and shopping options near this location.

We up for the Derby and Frankfurt is within an hour and thus hotel was perfect.

Breakfast was great. Also enjoyed indoor pool but be careful the tile gets slippery

Simiya W. at the front desk was awesome. We had an issue w dark window shade was not working and she came up to try fix it and gladly switched out our room. She was so kind!

Charged us twice for our room and we still haven’t gotten refunded so check your credit card
