The pictures of the property were a little misleading, they give the impression that the villas are not surrounded by any other properties. There are other properties to the right of the ‘rice terrace’. These do overlook the private pools and outdoor seating areas. The rice terraces are clearly not tended and are overgrown, so again not as shown on the pictures. That said, there were still egrets, swifts and plenty of other birds in the rice terraces. This is a rural location so there are all sorts of noises at night, very loud noises, so do bear this in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Also I only discovered, on my fourth visit to Bali, that there are huntsman spiders, so I did live in mortal fear of seeing one but thankfully didn’t. There is a floor length mosquito net that can be tucked into the mattress. The property is easily accessible to central Ubud using Grab, although the property itself doesn’t appear on the grab map, we had no reall issues making the 20 min journey into Ubud each day.  The staff were lovely, if a little pushy for you to leave a review.

I dont really leave review but DITUJU Villas is one of the best. Food is amazing and the staff great and so friendly. We will surely be going back there😁

Very therapeutic stay and truly close to nature. It’s just a few minutes from the center, yet peaceful and private. The price is unbeatable for what you get. I loved having my own private pool and a stone bathtub with sea salt for scrubbing! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had both Western and Balinese options, which I really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and always checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely come back and have already recommended it to my friends.
