Centara Karon Resort Phuket

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable with 2 double beds. The hotel has a large green area – there's a livelier zone for families with kids and a quieter zone for relaxation, so everyone can find a spot they like. The breakfasts were excellent. The only thing that stood out was the old elevators in the main building; they could really use a renovation. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

I stayed in a top-floor ocean view suite. The music from the bar downstairs was quite loud and could be heard all the way up on the 19th floor, only quieting down around 2 AM. The pool was very clean, and the service was good. I've also stayed at their Bangkok hotel, which was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the hotel's location and environment were also very good. However, this summer, we were charged an extra breakfast fee for our child, which was a bit unpleasant.

Loved everything. It was peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and it wasn't chaotic. Some days it rained, but overall the weather was good.

Great value for money, and the room was very clean. There's a street food stall nearby that serves amazing Thai food, especially the pad kra pao. The location is also excellent. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

I chose a sea-view room, and it was decent, though the view was slightly obstructed, I could still see the ocean. The hotel's pool was a big plus, very large with a deep end, but it was a shame it closed at 7 PM, preventing further use. It would be great if they could extend the hours. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few steps from Karon Beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right outside the lobby. Dining options nearby are also plentiful. The room facilities were okay, and the room door was incredibly heavy, which actually made for good soundproofing. However, the air conditioner was too noisy, even on the lowest fan setting.

All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming, and the room they gave us was excellent – clean and hygienic. There's a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, and plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's much better than the Chanalai Garden Resort we stayed at in Kata, in every aspect.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Karon Beach. The breakfast is abundant, and there are three swimming pools that both adults and children enjoyed. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I really liked the service. The rooms have direct pool access. The grounds are huge and well-maintained. There's a gym with a view of the pool. There are three pools, and each one is great. There's a Starbucks at the reception. The staff is very attentive and provides rides in buggies. The food is delicious. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and spacious. Centara always meets expectations. There's parking available for cars. You can work comfortably in the room, and there are no issues with Wi-Fi.
