The hotel is very near to masjid good for elderly.near with restaurant.best value hotel for travel to masjid nabawi.the room very spacious.

Location was very accessible to Gate 338 of Nabawi Mosque. Primarily for women. That’s a plus for me. Room was clean with good housekeeping personnel specifically for Level 4. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in the quick change of rooms and key cards for our usage. Despite experiencing glitches with our key cards, hotel staffs were swift in their responses and assistance. No regrets staying here. Will definitely come back again. Perhaps the hotel room should come with breakfast instead of charging it separately.

Mashallah tabarakalkah.. the services property and amenities are more than expectations.Awesome and I had a great experience staying here. All staff professional and excellent.. especially Mr Hesham at the reception counter he allowed me at early check in and as well late check out.Its really "UNIQUE  HOSPITALITY IS OUR AIM"😊😊as what their motto said👍👌

The location was near with haram..all staff were friendly..insyaAllah will come again..amin

Rooms was very very small you can walk or you can open the bags .

Overall the stay was comfy,and we felt satisfied with the service. Easy access to the Haram. In addition,they able to take the order at the last minute was kind. EXCEPT,they provide us the wrong food (plain bread instead of garlic bread) for room service dine-in.Other than that,recommended place to stay.
