The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

The friendly service at the Ritz Carlton is still top-notch. With rooms above the 100th floor, the views are incredibly expansive, overlooking the surrounding city and harbor. The most memorable part of this experience was the indoor high-altitude pool on the 118th floor; the water temperature was the most comfortable I've experienced in years, and I also highly praise the accompanying outdoor hot tubs.

My recent stay left me with a great impression of both the hotel's service and facilities. The hardware facilities are well-maintained; the in-room appliances, furniture, and bathroom fixtures all feel new, providing an excellent daily experience. The public areas are also clean and tidy, contributing to a generally neat and pleasant environment. The front desk staff are highly professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They proactively informed me about the hotel's various services, patiently answered my questions, and actively coordinated solutions for unexpected issues, demonstrating thoughtful and responsible service. The room was meticulously cleaned, and toiletries were well-stocked. It was quiet and peaceful, allowing for great relaxation. The hotel's convenient location with easy access to transportation and complete surrounding amenities makes it stand out in terms of value for money. It's a top-notch choice for staying in the Futian area.

I stayed in a Club Deluxe Victoria Harbour Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. As soon as I entered the lobby on the 9th floor, a staff member took my luggage and escorted me to the 103rd floor. Since I had club lounge access, I was then guided up to the 116th floor. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge on the 116th floor while checking in. My luggage had already been delivered to my room. The club lounge offers five meal services: breakfast from 7:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM, evening cocktails from 6:00 PM, and desserts from 8:30 PM. All the dishes served were authentic and delicious. The carpet on the floor was plush, dampening any noise, so the hallways were very quiet. I had booked the Victoria Harbour Room this time. The room was 51 square meters and featured a king-size bed, a sturdy desk, and a single-person sofa with an ottoman. In addition to the toilet and shower room, there was also a bathtub with a TV. The double vanity sinks were a nice touch, allowing two people to use them simultaneously. The room offered views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. I could clearly watch the Symphony of Lights from my room as well. On the 118th floor, there's a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. The view from the top floor of the building while swimming was breathtaking. After using the pool and having dinner, when I returned to my room, I found slippers placed by the bed. A large, pristine white rug was laid in front of the vanity, which was lovely as I could walk barefoot. It was also convenient to walk across this rug between the bathtub and the shower room. I stayed on my birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. They provided wonderful hospitality, including a complimentary cake and a birthday display in the room. I highly recommend staying here for special occasions.

This was my first stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, and overall, I had a fantastic time. First off, the ambiance was exactly to my taste – refined and perfect for a woman who appreciates quality. Every spot was exquisite, beautiful, and elegant, and the lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. I had booked a twin room, and when I mentioned at the front desk that I wanted to take some photos, they happily upgraded us to a room with a stunning window view. That instantly put me in a great mood! The front desk and elevator staff were all excellent. The bed at the hotel was my absolute favorite, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I don't usually sleep very well at home, but here I slept soundly until morning. It was so comfortable, and perhaps that's why I'd choose The Ritz again – I believe a comfortable bed is essential for a good hotel stay, otherwise it's just miserable. Plus, the transportation is super convenient. The MTR is right downstairs, which made it easy for us to take the kids to Disneyland and get around. The M+ museum is only about a ten-minute walk away, and other museums are also worth checking out. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs, and the food was delicious. Time flew by; we only stayed for two days, and each day was packed with taking the kids out to play, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel amenities. However, the service and environment definitely make it a worthwhile stay.

High floor with a great view, and the rooftop pool is definitely worth checking out for a beautiful view of Victoria Harbour.

Right from the moment we walked in, someone helped us with our luggage. The hotel is really tall and beautiful. We were given a cup of tea during check-in, and even got an upgrade to an unbeatable Victoria Harbour view at a discounted rate. Many of our requests were met.

This was my second stay, and everything was great as always. The scenery is unbeatable; the ocean view is just stunning. The hairdryer in the room wasn't very good, so this time I brought my own.
