Ki Space Hotel & Spa - Near Disneyland Paris

Great location for Disneyland visitors or a family staycation weekend. However, I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene level of the swimming pool. There was no staff monitoring it, so people were entering the pool in their robes, hair was floating in the water, babies in diapers, a man in boxers… etc. The TV in the room wasn't working well; it kept cutting out every 10 seconds, and the phone to call the front desk wasn't working either.

The hotel is new and very clean! The shower worked perfectly. Having a kitchen and a large fridge was great, as we could buy groceries at the supermarket in the mall and do some light cooking. It's about a 15-minute bus ride or Uber to Disneyland, and the restaurant on the first floor was also good. The staff were all very kind. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Disneyland!

The room was lovely. However, the shower and toilet are in the same area without a door, which was a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the soundproofing in the room was excellent. The front desk staff spoke both English and French and provided excellent service. Very satisfied overall.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning kept blowing cold air, which made it a bit chilly.

It's a 20-minute drive to Disney, and the hotel offers a shuttle service with frequent runs, which is quite convenient. The room is very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, more than enough for three adults. The front desk staff were fine, and the price is much cheaper than hotels in the city center. Overall, it was a good stay.
