Ki Space Hotel & Spa - Near Disneyland Paris

Shockingly poor experience, especially for families and vulnerable guests.Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were kept waiting over 3 hours past the check‑in time, with no apology, no explanation, and absolutely no empathy — despite travelling with a baby who was tired, soiled, and distressed after a long journey.What made it even worse was discovering that a disabled guest had been left waiting over 6 hours with no communication or support. The lack of care shown to vulnerable guests is unacceptable.The room itself although clean was outdated, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the photos online. Basic essentials were missing — no pots, no cleaning supplies — and we had to buy our own just to manage. Even more shocking, one of the beds was missing a leg and I almost fell through with the baby. The maintenance guy had to bring a spare. Customer service throughout was unprofessional, dismissive, and far below the standard any traveller should expect.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing french traditional food, I think this could actually go on the michelin guide out of my full honestly. But there's room for improvement on the service.

The hotel is very clean and has air conditioning. The front desk staff is also friendly, and there's a shuttle service to Disney, but the intervals between departures are too long and there's no air conditioning on the shuttle. The hotel's pool is nice, the gym is pretty good too, but the spa is paid

Amazing stay! Clean and comfortable room, great facilities, and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall cleaner not good and Rooms are not the best

I booked a room with two beds for my son and me, but unfortunately, the beds were extremely small. I was genuinely concerned that my son might fall off the bed during the night. The bathroom was also disappointing, as there was a significant amount of mold, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. Breakfast offered very little variety and was essentially the same every day. The shuttle service to Disney was another frustrating experience. There was no organized system for boarding, so getting onto the shuttle felt like a fight among guests. On top of that, the hotel was farther from Disneyland than I expected, making transportation even more inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
