The views are lovely, and the breakfast and late-night snacks are fantastic! The service is also great, and it's very clean and tidy.

I chose Atour Hotel because it's close to Wenshu Monastery, where my friend and I went to pray. Atour's bedding and service have always been renowned in the industry. Five years ago, during a trip to Xi'an, I stumbled upon an Atour and had an excellent stay. I was particularly impressed with their bedding and the housekeeping staff, and it's always stuck with me. This time, traveling with a friend, Atour was our top choice after considering all factors. It was just as great as my stay in Xi'an years ago. The facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, service, price, and location were all excellent. At night, we could hear laughter from the next room, but after a tiring day of travel, the comfort of Atour's pillows and comforters was simply unparalleled (my friend immediately ordered the same pillows and comforters online!). Plus, the robot delivery for takeout and water was very convenient and timely.

This was our first stay at Atour, and we were really impressed. The room was spacious and bright, and I especially loved the full-length mirror right by the entrance – it made choosing outfits so much easier every day. On the second day, when the cleaning staff came, I mentioned we didn't need a full cleaning, but she still insisted on replenishing our water, drinks, and tissues. She was incredibly thoughtful and gentle. Overall, the hotel is excellent. There are lots of great food options nearby, and it's super close to the city center. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

I chose this hotel for my business trip to Chengdu. It's conveniently located. From the moment I arrived, a staff member helped me with my luggage at the entrance, and I was offered tea during check-in. The service was absolutely excellent! On my departure day, a staff member named 'Zhu Feng' even gave me a panda plushie and helped me with my luggage again. I was extremely satisfied. The room was very dry, and the housekeeping auntie was polite and very enthusiastic to help. These three days gave me a much-needed rest.

The location is excellent, with a direct view of Wenshu Monastery. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and they upgraded our room for free. Food delivery was also very fast. Overall, it was great.

The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is lovely. The cleanliness at this place is truly impeccable, not a speck of dust! The atmosphere is also great, making you feel very comfortable.

The hotel is right next to Wenshu Monastery. The higher floors are quiet, and having a dedicated elevator to the guest rooms is very convenient. There's also a lounge area in the lobby on the first floor. I mainly chose Atour because it's easy to do laundry during long trips.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service!
