Fireside Inn & Suites West Lebanon

Very ordinary hotel with nice pool hot tub. Rooms are quite dated and included breakfast buffet is very ordinary with rubbery and horrible bacon.  Signs on every table in nice eating area asking for tips for buffet staff is a bit much. Fireplace in lobby is really nice and welcoming.

Would be nice if the dining room was open every night. Also would be nice to not have to stop by the desk to get a ticket for the breakfast every day.

Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Breakfast was great. Location is ok, next to some not so good looking warehouse. The hotel is is a bit dated, hence giving 4 stars. Thank you for a nice stay!

Definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Older rooms and decor. I did not use any amenities or even eat breakfast. I was on the first floor surrounded by a very large group of families with small children. Children were running, screaming and crying the entire stay. One child cried at the top of their lungs from the time I got there until I left. I complained at the front desk but they were fully booked and would not speak to any of the families. We were a group of parents of Cornell softball and nobody got any peace or sleep. Breakfast was all roped off forcing you to be seated and waited on for tips. At the price of almost $900 for 2 nights, and being frustrated and exhausted, most of us just went elsewhere for breakfast for some peace. Nobody utilized the bar, lounge by fireplace are anything else. Nobody will be returning and looking for a different location next year.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay from the beautiful atrium with a koi pond to enjoy a cocktail or your complimentary buffet breakfast. The indoor pool & hot tub was very pleasant. There is also a massage chair free to use. Its very conveniently located just off the highway & surrounded by anything you could possibly need for food, shopping & great walking/hiking to beautiful falls nearby. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful with all my needs.

Lovely stay. Our suite was cozy and clean. The front desk manager was very professional and our checkin was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly. The lobby had a beautiful fire in the fireplace as we entered. The pool was clean and spacious and our grandchildren had a great time swimming and feeding the fish and turtles in the indoor pond. We will absolutely be guests in the future.

Great breakfast, and pool / hot tub. Atrium with coy pond and turtles inside. Close to everything. Multiple rooms have massage chairs. Gift shop was stocked well too.
