Shilily WeiYan Heritage Hot Spring Resort Hotel

Welcome fruit upon arrival: It was a really hot day, so having some welcome fruit after checking in was incredibly refreshing. The Weiyan Residence is truly spacious, offering two types of rooms: one with an antique, classical style and another more modern one. It's a great place to spend half a day taking photos; every corner is Instagram-worthy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. There's also butler service; if you want to see the fish lanterns or explore attractions like bamboo rafting, you can simply ask your butler. No need to worry about check-out; you can continue enjoying yourself, and the butler will send your luggage to the visitor center.

Found a gem of a hotel on Trip.com! The location is excellent, the environment is lovely, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk even upgraded us to a tatami room for free, which made the kids incredibly happy. It's super close to all the popular photo spots, definitely worth a second visit!

I first discovered Shili Lili (Hongcun Qingmei Academy) during the Chinese New Year in 2019. It was my mother-in-law's first time staying in a B&B, and she absolutely loved it. She'd wake up early every day to stroll around the courtyard, and every staff member she met greeted her warmly. It felt much more personal than a hotel. This was my second stay at Shili Lili. I originally came for Xixinan, but ended up finding myself most comfortable just relaxing here. Even though it's an old house, the rooms are spotless and pristine. The bedding is super comfortable, without any strange odors or dampness. Every staff member is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening desserts are all thoughtfully prepared. Even the complimentary travel photoshoot was fantastic; the photographer was so dedicated, and the three photos were just perfect for my social media.

This hotel, transformed from a century-old Huizhou-style ancient dwelling, boasts elegant white walls, dark-tiled roofs, and a charming garden, creating a truly atmospheric experience. The guest rooms are tastefully antique and comfortable, with high-quality bedding and bathroom amenities. The butler service is attentive, and the afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and Huizhou breakfast are thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Located right next to Xixi South, it's a quiet and healing escape. This is definitely my top choice for a Huizhou vacation, highly recommended!

Staying at Weiyan Mansion was an amazing experience! The traditional Huizhou-style architecture and garden create a fantastic atmosphere, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Our room was elegant and spotless, and the courtyard hot spring bath was so relaxing. It's perfectly located right by the Xixinan Maple Poplar Forest, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a beautiful setting, like a small private park, making it very quiet and peaceful as outside visitors can't enter. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant service and food quality are both excellent. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea in a very comfortable environment.

The afternoon tea was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was very clean with a beautiful view, and the staff were really nice. The room was tidy and comfortable. Overall, a great stay, and they even offered shuttle service.

This is the 210th hotel we've visited with our child. The hotel is located in Xixinan Ancient Village in Huangshan, and is made up of 12 reconstructed Ming and Qing dynasty ancestral homes. The core area was once the childhood residence of Zhu Zhishan, and later became Xinan Academy. The courtyard still retains ancient steles and old plaques, and some guest rooms feature rubbings of Zhu Zhishan's calligraphy, allowing you to experience the charm of his brushwork. The rooms maintain the original appearance of the ancient homes, cleverly integrating modern design and offering a full range of amenities. The only drawback is that the bathroom and bedroom are on separate floors, which isn't very convenient for families with young children, especially at night. Despite the large number of tourists in Xixinan, the hotel is exclusively open to guests, which keeps the bustling crowds just outside its walls. It's perfect for photography, relaxation, and getting away from it all.
