Instantly hooked! Langham Xiamen is a true gem among the many hotels in the city! Located at the junction of Xiamen's old and new districts, the Langham Hotel retains its unique charm despite being 12 years old. From the moment of arrival, the thoughtful management was evident. The driveway and lobby drop-off flow seamlessly, check-in at the front desk was professional and swift, and we were then warmly escorted to our room by Flora, our Les Clefs d'Or concierge. Chatting with Flora along the way, I learned that she has been working here for a full 12 years since the hotel first opened. Listening to her lovingly introduce the hotel's various highlights, the genuine pride and passion in her voice left a profound impression on me. The fact that an employee can still love and identify with the hotel she serves so deeply after 12 years is, I think, a rare management achievement in itself. Having traveled extensively and stayed in all sorts of high-end hotels, Langham Xiamen is one of the very few—following the Four Seasons Beijing and Conrad Ürümqi—that has genuinely made me feel proactive, heartfelt human care. Whether it's the rapid response to guest needs, the efficiency in handling issues, the meticulous attention to housekeeping detail, the emphasis on guest feedback, or the seamless integration of localized services, everything reflected a truly people-centric management approach. What's particularly rare is that the staff here don't just display formulaic politeness; their happiness, proactivity, and warmth come straight from the heart. This includes Queenie and Camellia up in the Club Lounge, both of whom made me feel the warmth of finally coming home after a long and weary journey. The hardware is equally satisfying. No matter which faucet you turn on in the room, hot water comes out almost instantly; the air conditioning is comfortable, and the electrical appliances are of top-notch quality. Even after 12 years, the property doesn't feel dated at all. A hotel can attract guests with its hardware, but it's hard to make people truly fall in love with it based on hardware alone. Thoughtful management is something guests can truly feel. It has been such a long, long time since I last encountered a hotel quite like this. Unpretentious and unpretentious, without artificially manufacturing a so-called sense of luxury, it won me over with the utmost sincerity. Your sincerity has truly reached me. You are truly special. Overall, my stay at Langham Xiamen was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and very comfortable, and the marble bathroom featured a great separate wet and dry area with immaculate cleanliness, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; both the indoor heated pool and the gym were fully operational, making it ideal for leisure and relaxation. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Special thanks to Nora and Camellia in the executive lounge for their exceptional service. All in all, it's a great choice for a short family getaway with solid value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Xiamen!

The overall stay exceeded expectations. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The room was impeccably clean with every corner spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was quite quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities are well-maintained, and both the hot water and Wi-Fi were very stable. The front desk provided prompt service with efficient check-in procedures, and their attitude was warm and courteous. All in all, it offers great value for money and is well-suited for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda and Yintai malls. The room was very comfortable and featured a large bathtub. I also loved that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, so you don't have to wake up early. Special shout-out to the front desk staff, Andy and Pearl, who were extremely welcoming and service-oriented. They gave us fantastic travel tips and a lot of help. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The facilities are quite new, and the service is very thoughtful. The front desk staff are excellent. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor. The TV could be larger. Overall, it's a very good hotel and I would book again.

I wish all hotel family suites were designed like this one! Two king-size beds are perfect for families traveling with older children. Please stop with the small 0.9m, 1.1m, or 1.2m beds! This hotel significantly enhanced our Xiamen trip. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the pastries and tarts in the Western section were delicious – I suspect they're homemade! We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xiamen.
