Grand Hotel Dei Cesari

The hotel is excellent, the staff and maids are always smiling and kind. I was given a very warm welcome, and I left with good impressions. I thought I'd be treated coldly because I'm Ukrainian, but the people at this hotel are simply wonderful. Special thanks to the maids for their hard work and always bright smiles. I'll definitely come back here in the summer. A wonderful place by the sea. If you're choosing a hotel, take this one. You'll be greeted warmly.

Worst hotel in 2 months of travel. Dirty, old smells, bathroom had mold walls had blood. Resturant attached had horrible food. Both breakfast and Supper. No A/C had to keep door open to outside to get any air moving. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Should not be on trip advisor

We stayed at Grand Hotel dei Cesari with our 3 young kids and I have to say we had a fantastic time. The pool is well looked after and a safe place for the kids to play. The sea and the water was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are vintage but well maintained. Food was simple but clean and tasty. All staff were friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend it and come back to this property. Thanks for the unforgettable stay ❤️

I my opinion my experience was poor to say the least rooms were discussing stanes on the bed mold in the shower bad air conditioner loud guest rude staff food was bad especially the vegetarian food all around bad only good thing was the beach 1.

My bathroom has mold, sheets have stains, pillow smelled, air conditioning did not work well, I don't even have words for how bad the food was! Roach running around the dinning room. Warm individually wrapped cheese and processed ham slices for breakfast. Loud guest, rude staff. Only positive is that it is really close to the beach!

Very quite area, 25 min walk from Anzio central/restaurant area. Past glory days, if there ever where any. Extra charge to use the pool, unattractive breakfast. Overall not good value.

The hotel building is old fashion and good looking, most impressive is the tunnel to the swimming pool. The bad experience was that we got stollen 120 euro from the wallet left in the room. Our mistake consisted that we didn’t left the wallet in the safe. Then the attitude of the stuff was confronting .. non-collaborative and with a test of revenge ( me Mateo even order the bartender not to serve us drinks without prepayment in cash or card.

This hotel is past its best and stuck in a 1950's time warp. Clean enough and breakfast was ok. Don't expect to use the pool as it had no water in it but the beach is across the road. Stayed just the one night on the way to the airport after trip to Monte Cassino.

Poor hotel Hotel is very dated & the reception staff are rude. Pool was closed in late May. The room was dusty, smelled like cigarettes & the air conditioning hardly worked. The town centre is a long walk from the hotel too.
