The St. Regis Beijing

Fantastic! I got upgraded to an executive suite. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained and still feels fresh. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is superb! Plus, there are real hot springs to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

My stay at The St. Regis Beijing was an absolutely fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, I truly felt the high standard of service expected from a five-star hotel. The hotel environment is elegant, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness details were meticulously maintained. The facilities were also very well-preserved. I especially want to thank Butler Bradley; his service was truly impeccable. Throughout my stay, he was always warm, professional, and attentive. He not only proactively introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area information but also patiently helped with various requests, responding very quickly. This made the entire check-in process easy and pleasant. His genuine and thoughtful service made me feel completely at home, fully reflecting the high-quality service of The St. Regis Beijing.

【Compliments】 ① The butler service was very attentive, thorough, and warm. ② The restaurant service was also good. 【Criticism】 ③ The lady who checked me in at the front desk (QinQin?) Her service seemed untrained, a bit disengaged and indifferent. I couldn't tell if it was disdain or arrogance, but it made me uncomfortable. It's a far cry from the service at St. Regis Sanya or Macau. Perhaps it's not the employee's fault; either she hasn't received proper training, or she was put on the job without completing it. There also seems to be no mystery shopper overseeing service standards, which drags down the hotel's 5-star rating. Here are two photos of the breakfast on August 8, 2026.

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the butler service; they delivered coffee and cookies to our room every day. My child loved these treats—they were not too sweet and very delicious, so we asked for them repeatedly. Excellent service! I'll definitely choose The St. Regis again next time I'm in Beijing.

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, but it didn't really affect my stay. Hygiene: The sink, bathroom, and room were all very clean. Service: I received butler service upon check-in, including laundry. Turndown service was provided on the first night, but I'm not sure why it wasn't on the second. Overall, it was a great experience.

This hotel has a classic, old-money charm. The lobby is absolutely stunning. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was unexpectedly delicious! The service was also excellent, especially Ms. Sandy, our butler, who was incredibly kind. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Overall, my stay was better than expected. The attention to detail was excellent in all aspects, and the butler service was fantastic. Special thanks to our butler, Leah, who was incredibly warm and friendly towards our children. Based on this experience, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

Special shout-out to Leah, the St. Regis Beijing butler! For our anniversary stay, she had the room beautifully decorated with a romantic setup and a bottle of red wine ready. Upon learning I was pregnant, she immediately swapped the anniversary cake for an alcohol-free one and proactively installed a non-slip mat in the bathroom, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. Her service throughout was attentive and warm, full of small touches. She was never intrusive but always seemed to anticipate our needs, truly embodying the exclusive warmth of a St. Regis butler. The experience was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!

The hotel's pick-up service from the train station seemed a bit confused with the navigation on the second and third ring roads, especially with the overpasses and underpasses. However, the front desk staff was very thoughtful, and there was a nimble lady who provided a room tour. In the afternoon, I attended a conference at 2:30 PM in the club's outdoor hall, enjoying some Italian coffee. The conference content was rich, and the speeches were excellent. In the evening, the staff prepared the turndown service and replenished the towels. The car then dropped me off at the South Station. After returning, I quickly enjoyed an aerial afternoon tea, which perfectly concluded my wonderful trip!
