The St. Regis Beijing

The hotel's pick-up service from the train station seemed a bit confused with the navigation on the second and third ring roads, especially with the overpasses and underpasses. However, the front desk staff was very thoughtful, and there was a nimble lady who provided a room tour. In the afternoon, I attended a conference at 2:30 PM in the club's outdoor hall, enjoying some Italian coffee. The conference content was rich, and the speeches were excellent. In the evening, the staff prepared the turndown service and replenished the towels. The car then dropped me off at the South Station. After returning, I quickly enjoyed an aerial afternoon tea, which perfectly concluded my wonderful trip!

This is a long-standing hotel, and while it's a bit old and the rooms are small, the service quality has always been excellent. The breakfast has a wide variety, and I particularly love the St. Regis pastries – they're amazing! Plus, there's a hot spring, which is fantastic for relaxing and unwinding. I also have to commend the dedicated butler who even sent me a souvenir to take home for my child. Providing such thoughtful service truly makes customers want to return. Keep up the great work!

I had a very satisfying stay at The St. Regis Beijing, and I must commend our butler, Bradley. His service attitude was incredibly comfortable – not overly enthusiastic, but perfectly attentive. Every time we saw him, he would proactively greet us and ask if we needed anything. His response time was also very quick; whether it was bringing something to our room or helping to coordinate requests, he was always efficient and decisive. He paid great attention to detail, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the guests, which made us feel very reassured. The hotel itself is also outstanding. The room was spacious and bright, with an elegant and grand decor. The bedding and toiletries were all high-quality. The public areas also had a lot of style, and the lobby bar had a very relaxed atmosphere. The location is in the city center, making transportation convenient, yet it's surprisingly quiet, allowing for undisturbed rest at night. The welcome and front desk staff were also very friendly from the moment we arrived, making for a smooth overall experience. In summary, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is warm and inviting. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

Breakfast was plentiful, though I didn't eat much as I'm currently on a diet. The lobby on the first floor had a nice display, perfect for passing the time while waiting for friends. This was my second stay at the St. Regis Beijing. My first experience was perfect, so I decisively chose the Executive Suite again for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, overall, I was quite disappointed. 1. First, the staff: Last time, you could really feel the veteran employees' love and pride for the hotel, and they would actively introduce the hotel's features. This time, however, it was just ordinary, no different from any 3-star-plus accommodation. 2. Secondly, during my stay over the May Day holiday, the pool and hot springs were under maintenance and unavailable for the entire duration. The reservation page showed a different maintenance schedule than the actual one, and there was no prior notification of the change (originally, my last day of stay was not supposed to be within the maintenance period). Although they offered to arrange a taxi to another hotel's pool, it's still a big difference. 3. Facilities: The shower room was quite poor. The showerhead had low water pressure, and the floor drain was slow, so a three-to-five-minute shower would have the water reaching my ankles. Even after reporting it, I don't know if they came to fix it the next day, but the problem certainly wasn't resolved. 4. Dining: The breakfast restaurant environment is impeccable, and the quality and variety of food are excellent. Last time, during my winter stay, I enjoyed a fantastic ice cream selection. This time, for the May Day holiday, it was gone, with a sign saying it's available for lunch and dinner. Perhaps it's due to cost-cutting. Objectively speaking, the hotel environment is beyond reproach; it gives an overall grand and tasteful impression. The butler contacted me the night before check-in, and the ability to have tea and coffee delivered to the room at any time was very convenient. For such a wonderful hotel, I hope they don't solely focus on cost control. I hope they properly maintain the facilities and equipment, and that the staff become more service-oriented. This stay felt no different from a regular four- or five-star hotel, which is truly regrettable. I sincerely hope this historically rich hotel will be well-maintained and continue to improve.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The surroundings are beautiful, and the room was incredibly spacious. The hotel staff provided amazing service – very attentive and thoughtful. Plus, the Western restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food!

Facilities: Since it was redecorated in 2008, the room facilities are a bit old. The TV stand can no longer be rotated, but other facilities are fine. Hygiene: The hygiene level is good, and it's very clean. Service: The butler service is also great. You can call the butler to help deliver drinks to the room.

The St. Regis Beijing truly lives up to its reputation as a classic luxury brand. What impressed me most during this stay, beyond the hotel's quality itself, was the exceptionally thoughtful service. I have to give a special shout-out to the two butlers, William and Brandon! 👍 From the moment I checked in, I felt their incredible attentiveness. The butlers were professional, meticulous, gentle, and efficient. Upon learning I was pregnant, they thoughtfully placed non-slip mats in the room and arranged a suitable room type. They even sent milk and cookies to the room, truly demonstrating what St. Regis butler service is all about. My entire stay was reassuring and comfortable; I felt incredibly well looked after, and the experience was just outstanding. The hotel boasts an excellent location, elegant ambiance, comfortable rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The overall atmosphere is understated yet luxurious. Next time I'm in Beijing, The St. Regis Beijing will still be my top choice. Highly recommended!
