We really enjoyed our stay in the luxe ubud. They provided scooter pick up and drop off to main part of town as the road is too narrow for cars to enter. They also cleaned the room twice a day, morning and afternoon. they were very attentive and changed my welcome drink to accommodate my dietary needs. breakfast was tasty and very filling.

We had excellent stay at Luxe. The scooter ride is another unique experience. The paddy field view from the room is very enchanting. Room itself is very nicely designed, well maintained, and has all the amenities. Breakfast is excellent with a la carte menu. Thanks for the kindness of the whole staff at Luxe. We hope we can stay again in future.

It was an amazing and memorable stay, every aspect of it was just perfect. Loved the serene location, spacious and beautifully appointed villa, the staff was incredible, so warm, helpful and accommodating. It felt so homely, i was sad to leave.

A wonderful hotel in a stunningly quiet and secluded location just a short drive from central Ubud (not accessible by car, but the staff is always ready to greet you on scooters). The rooms are comfortable; we stayed in a room with a large private terrace overlooking the rice fields. A special thank you to the incredible hotel team, who are always available, always eager to help, and make our stay even better. They respond promptly to all requests (taking us on an excursion at 3 a.m., meeting us with raincoats and taking us back to the hotel in the pouring rain, delivering dessert to our room after the restaurant closed – thank you so much for everything). All the staff are very welcoming and polite. We were also delighted with the high-quality cleaning service at a convenient time and the turndown service in the evening. I can't help but mention the wonderful breakfasts; they were amazing. The hotel is definitely a 10/10, thank you!
