I paid over 14,000 RMB for one night, only to get a fake suite hotel with absolutely no special treatment. From check-in to my departure the next day, I didn't see a single staff member. There was no turndown service, and the room only provided four bottles of water – one of which was already opened, so I didn't dare drink it and threw it away. All other soft drinks were chargeable. They call it a 'suite,' but there wasn't even afternoon tea. Breakfast had a long queue, and the food was cheap and mediocre. The handheld shower holder in the bathroom was broken, and the bathtub couldn't produce hot water, making it unusable. The entire stay was a terrible experience, not even better than a domestic chain hotel. It felt like a cold, uncaring, third-rate influencer hotel. I will never go back. Please save your money and your sanity; stay far away from this dreadful hotel.

An excellent stay that exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately elevated the experience with a more spacious, well-appointed layout and refined interior details. The hotel was also exceptionally baby-friendly—a clean, sturdy, and thoughtfully prepared baby crib was provided, making the stay comfortable and stress-free for families. The highlight was the majestic Garden by the Bay view, visible from the room and balcony, offering a serene, lush panorama that felt both calming and iconic, especially with natural daylight filling the space. Overall, a seamless blend of comfort, thoughtful hospitality, and an outstanding view—highly recommended.

Room 0499 After telling cleaners 3 separate times (yes they woke us up 3 times) that we didn't need cleaning, they continued to knock on our door and ring our doorbell repeatedly to ask if we needed cleaning. Brother, I said no we don't need it the first time. A truly first-class hotel where care, consideration and thoughtfulness are meticulously attended to. The television system malfunctioned and failed to operate properly, but was promptly repaired by the technical staff.
