An excellent stay that exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately elevated the experience with a more spacious, well-appointed layout and refined interior details. The hotel was also exceptionally baby-friendly—a clean, sturdy, and thoughtfully prepared baby crib was provided, making the stay comfortable and stress-free for families. The highlight was the majestic Garden by the Bay view, visible from the room and balcony, offering a serene, lush panorama that felt both calming and iconic, especially with natural daylight filling the space. Overall, a seamless blend of comfort, thoughtful hospitality, and an outstanding view—highly recommended.

Room 0499 After telling cleaners 3 separate times (yes they woke us up 3 times) that we didn't need cleaning, they continued to knock on our door and ring our doorbell repeatedly to ask if we needed cleaning. Brother, I said no we don't need it the first time. Additionally, I learned how to use the do not disturb button AFTER USING THIS BUTTON, THEY STILL CALLED ME TO WAKE ME UP AND ASK ME IF I WANT CLEANING ON TOP OF THIS, YOUR PICK UP / DROP OFF DESK attempted to steal my girlfriends dress

It was decent. The location is excellent, making shopping very convenient, and it's close to everything. The rooms are grand and luxurious, truly befitting one of Singapore's better hotels. The dining and views were also quite good.
