Hotel Indigo BALI SEMINYAK BEACH by IHG

Second time at this hotel. Excellent service, spectacular breakfast with both buffet and à la carte options. The room was very good. Beachfront hotel with an amazing sunset. Incredible pools.

Overall, the Indigo Seminyak met my expectations in terms of service, environment, dining, and price. I feel like I would definitely come back. **Environment:** The hotel has about 19 villas, including two-bedroom ones. I stayed in Wangsa 11, which was closest to the lobby and offered good privacy. There's a public beach accessible from the hotel's back entrance, which was quite lively. **Service:** The service was truly excellent. They cleaned the room multiple times daily, and drinking water, fresh fruit for juicing, and toiletries were refilled endlessly. They were always responsive to requests. I tried both Makase DNR and Room Delivery. Both were reasonably priced and the food was delicious – I highly recommend the beef ribs for 325 (referring to the image). In the evening, I experienced the spa; a 60-minute adult session was about IDR 840,000, which was great value for money.

The overall environment offers excellent value for money. The resort is right next to the beach, where you can relax on beanbags and listen to music – it's incredibly pleasant. The resort also organizes many activities and has three swimming pools, so you can easily spend an entire day there without needing to leave. The buffet is very extensive, and the service is excellent.

The hotel boasts a full range of facilities and a variety of activities to participate in. But the most exciting part was definitely the breakfast, which I'd give a big thumbs up to – it was both abundant and delicious! 😋

Since I was heading to Komodo the next day, I regret only staying one night at the Indigo. I emailed the hotel in advance about my red-eye flight, hoping for an early check-in, and thankfully, I was able to get my room card at noon. The room design at the Indigo is very thoughtful; even though it's just one room, the layout is incredibly well-partitioned! The hotel staff were always enthusiastic and polite, greeting guests everywhere. The hotel grounds aren't huge, but they're small yet exquisite, and the breakfast was very diverse, with two restaurants to choose from. I absolutely loved the plunge pool but unfortunately didn't have time to experience it. The main pool gets quite a lot of sun. The road outside the main entrance is a bit secluded, but there are many convenience stores. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay for a few more nights to truly soak it all in!

This was my first time staying in Seminyak, and the quality at Hotel Indigo was as excellent as always. The lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room, which we really appreciated! There's a small gate from the pool area that leads right to the beach, and the sand is super fine. Both sides of the beach are lined with surf shops and breakfast spots. The hotel does offer its own surf lessons, but unfortunately, when we inquired last minute, they were fully booked. I'm not sure if it was due to the local season, but the pool closed a bit early sometimes. My child would come back from being out and want to swim, but it would already be closed.

This hotel is perfect for a final stop in Bali. The daily routine was very relaxed: hotel – breakfast – pool – shopping for souvenirs at Bintang supermarket – sunset beach. The hotel pool is large, well-designed, and lively. The breakfast was incredibly rich, a big thumbs up!
