The mattress was very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the bathtub was great. The surrounding area is just average, and finding places to eat isn't very convenient. It was wonderful that the front desk staff spoke Chinese, and the pho at breakfast tasted quite good.

Other than being really far from Hanoi, the hotel has many good services. The room is very spacious with separate bathtub and shower-head. Amenities were ample with bathrobe and slipper. There were aplenty of cabinets. There were spa and sauna within the hotel and all hotel guests have limited access to them.

Perfect hotel for a business trip in the area. The whole facility is clean, quiet and welcoming. Good international buffet breakfast, quick internet and comfortable bed. Only 1 night was not enough to see it all, but will come back next time.

This is considered a high-end hotel in Xing'an, so the rooms are super spacious, which I really appreciate. It's close to an industrial area, so the location isn't great, and there's a cemetery behind it! There's a large shopping mall nearby with a KFC, but not much else to explore.
