Our overall experience at the hotel this time was incredibly satisfying, with the exceptionally high quality of service truly standing out – they genuinely put guests first. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff proactively offered assistance, making the check-in process quick and smooth. They meticulously explained the facilities and important information, making us feel right at home. A huge, special thank you goes to our 24-hour butler, Snooker. She was incredibly attentive, constantly looking after the needs of my elderly parents and our two young girls (aged 5 and 6), whether it was regarding room arrangements or public facilities. She was patiently there for us 24/7, morning, and even late at night, which truly put us at ease. We are so grateful for Snooker’s care. The guest rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious yet practical design. The cleanliness, in particular, was impressive. Every corner, from the bedding to the bathroom and floors, was spotless, with attention to detail evident everywhere. For instance, the towels were neatly folded and pristine, and toiletries were orderly, fully reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene standards. For guests who prioritize a clean environment, this is undoubtedly a major plus point. Furthermore, all hotel staff were friendly and polite. Whether it was room service or the dining department, they were quick to respond to requests and proactively offered assistance, making our entire stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Their patience and attentiveness, especially in caring for the elderly, were particularly heartwarming. Of course, a minor drawback is the hotel's somewhat remote location, making transportation a bit inconvenient, especially for guests without a rental car, who might need to spend more time getting around. However, considering the overall service quality and comfort of the stay, this minor flaw was still acceptable. In summary, the V Villa brand excels in service, cleanliness, and facilities, making it particularly suitable for families. If given the chance, we will definitely return and are more than happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Highly, highly recommended! The actual place is even more stunning than the pictures. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, making for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. Both the pool and the scenery were breathtakingly beautiful. The service was top-notch, and my family had a truly enjoyable time here. Everyone was extremely satisfied!

Honestly, it wasn't as good as I expected. I've stayed in many boutique, niche hotels like this before, but as soon as you enter, the beach is full of street vendors and tourists driving in, which immediately made it feel mediocre. The reception lobby was also small and not very grand. The shuttle took us very close to the room, as the area isn't big. The so-called 'mountain view' was just looking at a rather unattractive hotel across the way, so there was no real scenery to speak of. The only good thing was the rooftop bar; there was a girl there who provided excellent service. Other than that, there were absolutely no surprises or highlights. When I left, I took a bag that was in the room, and they actually charged me 750 Thai Baht for it! Nothing in the minibar was complimentary, which felt very stingy and completely mismatched with the room rate. When I stayed at Capella, everything was complimentary, including welcome champagne. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent in every way, except for the price. Two nights for over 12,000 without breakfast, ha ha.
