The hotel offers fully equipped apartment-style rooms. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The single rooms are located in Building C, and the security is top-notch!

Concierge, front office are friendly, even the housekeeper. Everyone is always ready to assist whenever guests have inquires. Housekeeper left notes to our room so we can get them to clean the room as we put up DND sign at room door. Hotel is definitely not the newest compared to others but still well maintained.

It’s a great place to stay , quiet than usual place in Bangkok which is better for relaxing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing.

Coming back from Pattaya by bus, it took about 10 minutes to walk from Ekkamai station to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient with a big suitcase. However, as I got closer to the hotel, the staff at the entrance were incredibly welcoming and immediately offered to help with my luggage. When I booked this hotel, I didn't have many expectations, just went for a recognized international chain. But during check-in, I noticed they also have a pool, and while taking the elevator, I saw there's a free shuttle service. Overall, it's quite a well-thought-out hotel.
