I feel like 90% of what I paid for the room went towards its location and the green view outside the window. The breakfast, priced at over 100 RMB per person, was really disappointing. If you compare it to the breakfast standards at Hilton or Kempinski for a similar price point, you'd know it's completely subpar. The elderly doorman at the entrance seems to be just waiting for retirement, so I couldn't expect much in terms of service. When checking in, I even had to ask myself about breakfast times and where the gym was. Compared to the Pullman hotels in Shanghai and Dalian, the experience here was significantly worse. I won't be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Xiamen.
