Soul Pyramids View

I booked and paid for the King Suite with a jacuzzi, terrace, and panoramic pyramid view over six months ago. However, upon check-in, despite it being the hotel's mistake, they claimed the reservation date was incorrect and almost turned me away. The room I was reluctantly assigned, with no apology, was terrible: a window with bars that wouldn't lock, leading to awkward eye contact with guests at the neighboring hotel's restaurant. The provided towels were just two bath towels and a bath mat; no face towels were available. The hot water for the bathtub only flowed at about 1 liter per minute, making it impossible to fill the tub within a reasonable time. The next morning, when I brought this up to the hotel staff, they questioned why I hadn't said anything sooner. While the view from the breakfast area was magnificent, the staff's service was abysmal, making this hotel not worth the price.

A hearty breakfast with a beautiful view of the pyramids, close proximity to the pyramids, the staff tries hard, by Egyptian standards a good room, outside the window there is construction/destruction, but you don’t need to look))

The view from the rooftop was amazing. Eating breakfast while looking at the pyramids was an unforgettable experience.
