Soul Pyramids View

We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a deluxe room with a pyramid view for free, which was great! Breakfast was served, not a buffet, but a tray with an omelet, fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, and pastries. It was edible! The location is a big plus, just a 2-3 minute walk to the pyramid entrance. Cleanliness was about a 4.5 out of 5; it's not perfect, but it's good for this type of hotel. There was only one large body towel and no hand towels. The main and biggest drawback was the noise level. While other hotels might have road noise, here it was different. First, a group gathered on the veranda outside our window, laughing and chatting until 1 AM. Then, the staff themselves started yelling in the hallway. I had to go out and complain because it was impossible to sleep! The next day, perhaps feeling guilty, they allowed us to check out after 12 PM, which let us take a quick shower after visiting the pyramids before leaving. Thanks for that!

All the staff were wonderful, prompt, and refreshing in their service. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was more than I could eat, and having it with a view of the pyramids was amazing. From the rooftop, I also got to see a perfect sunset and stargazing. Everyone there was so kind-hearted that my stay felt far too short. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Egypt. I highly recommend it!

I booked and paid for the King Suite with a jacuzzi, terrace, and panoramic pyramid view over six months ago. However, upon check-in, despite it being the hotel's mistake, they claimed the reservation date was incorrect and almost turned me away. The room I was reluctantly assigned, with no apology, was terrible: a window with bars that wouldn't lock, leading to awkward eye contact with guests at the neighboring hotel's restaurant. The provided towels were just two bath towels and a bath mat; no face towels were available. The hot water for the bathtub only flowed at about 1 liter per minute, making it impossible to fill the tub within a reasonable time. The next morning, when I brought this up to the hotel staff, they questioned why I hadn't said anything sooner. While the view from the breakfast area was magnificent, the staff's service was abysmal, making this hotel not worth the price.

This is a fantastic hotel because the reception staff are very friendly and you can enjoy your meals with a magnificent view.
