The hotel is superb. The room is so spacious with nice view. The hotel reception staff are very friendly. Great location and 3-5mins walking distance to the major attractions in Toledo old town. Will definitely stay here again if visit Toledo.

Very nice hotel and front desk staff is so helpful. We arrived around 11am and she let us check in early. Walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price).  Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful.  The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings.  Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

They gave me a room in the attic on the third floor! I really disliked it…it felt so cramped! The only positive thing was the five-star service. There was no kettle! I asked the hotel for one (only Chinese guests ask for this), but the kettle they gave me was very dirty. There was only one toothbrush; you have to ask the hotel for one!

The hotel was tucked away in an inconspicuous alley. I booked a suite, but it was basically just one large room. It was a bit chilly due to the high ceilings. There was no kettle or lotion in this five-star hotel; perhaps wealthy people don't boil water or use unbranded face creams. There was an underground parking lot next to the hotel; it cost 19 euros for 24 hours if you didn't leave your car there. It's said to be the house where Empress Eugénie, Napoleon III, once lived; there were several portraits of her in the lobby.
