You could even see a woman and a child lying on the bed in the room next door when you opened the door, and a child was crying in the middle of the night. The moment we entered, there was a pungent, moldy smell, and the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The toilet was covered in urine stains. The hygiene was shocking – completely unfit for human habitation! We immediately requested a room change, but the front desk flat-out lied, claiming it was the last room available and firmly refusing to move us.
