Mantra Legends Surfers Paradise

Great location! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean. Nice pool!

Extremely dirty. The fridge was black inside and smelled of rotten leftovers. There was only a bedsheet, no duvet. I asked for another duvet and it was just as dirty. I had to use my own disinfectant wipes to clean all the handles, tabletops, etc. There was also a connecting door to the room next door, and their conversation was very loud. There's barely any service. It was a local holiday, so the room rate was very high. The only advantage is the location. If you have other options, it's best to avoid this place.

Great location! The room has an ocean-facing balcony. It's easy to get to Burleigh Heads from the hotel, and on the way back, you can stop at Pacific Fair shopping center. There's also a shopping center right next to the hotel. Or you can just relax on the balcony, sunbathe, drink coffee, and enjoy the sea view.

Initially, our flight misplaced our luggage, so we weren't sure if we could even check into the hotel. We tried to negotiate a refund, but the hotel refused, even when we enlisted the help of Ctrip customer service to explain the force majeure situation. Honestly, that was a significant letdown. The view was also very mediocre; a building partially obstructed the line of sight from the window. Other facilities were just average. All in all, it's definitely not a hotel I'd stay at again.

After our Q1 tour, it was a convenient 5-minute walk back to the hotel. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese and Thai cuisine, so there's a good variety to choose from. The room itself was clean and tidy; we had a Queen room with two 1.5-meter wide beds, which felt quite spacious. The hotel breakfast was also good quality with a decent selection. Definitely recommended!

The environment and hygiene are good! The unbeatable sea view is very attractive! The price is reasonable, and the transportation is convenient, with a tram station nearby and easy access to buses. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
