Mount Hua East Peak Hotel

Simple accommodation. Don’t expect too much. The room is decently clean. The Toilet is outside public toilet. I also wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of the water for flushing to wash my hands. No running water. Better bring your own water for washing and brushing teeth. The capsule rooms at a separate building which is at 300 steps below the rest of the other rooms. If you want proper dinner and breakfast (self paid), better stay at the 10 pax dormitory where there are cafe and restaurant. The cafe beside only has instant noodles and they closed early. The capsule “door” also cannot close all the way. There are only 2 pieces … short of 1 or 2… Good thing is that hot water is provided here if you bring instant noodles. You are also able to watch sunrise directly at the porch outside.

The place is quite basic, as it’s located on the mountain. I stayed in a capsule that had a power outlet for charging and a heater. It’s also close to the sunrise viewing spot.

Our capsule was clean and fresh bedding, charging points available. shared toilet could have been cleaner. it's all about location. Would recommend for a night on the mountain. Very quiet location, a few 100 metres down from the main hotel. Had a good rest. Dinner and breakfast options at the main hotel where there's a nice coffeeshop as well.

This is a budget-friendly option in a location with few choices. The accommodation is basic but fair for the price.

You get what you expect. Nothing more than needed. Bed sheets weren’t totally clean, but it was okay. Fantastic view. For a great adventure on the mountain a good choice.
