We stayed at Longville Manor for 4 nights in May and very impressed by the Hotel, its facilities and the level of service from all the staff was outstanding. It is a small boutique hotel set in beautiful grounds which we were able to explore. It has one of the best restaurants on the Island and we enjoyed a wonderful meal there on our first night. Breakfast each morning was varied with an excellent choice to suit our requirements. The room was very satisfactory and the cleanliness excellent. We highly recommend this Hotel and would certainly book again for our next visit to Jersey.

Having first visited this hotel 27 years ago with my late husband, and then having an absence since his passing, I decided to revisit on my own. This hotel provides me with a friendly, familiar location with staff who care. It also provides me with a safe place, where I am not afraid to be on my own. Very few hotels can give a solo traveller this opportunity.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel set a new benchmark for what a five-star experience should feel like. Every detail from the beautiful floral display in the lobby was carefully curated to create an atmosphere of understated luxury. The room was nothing short of exceptional—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. What truly elevates this hotel, though, is the service. The staff anticipated needs before I even realised them, always delivering with genuine warmth rather than formality. Whether it was the concierge offering thoughtful recommendations or housekeeping ensuring everything remained flawless, the attention to detail was remarkable. Dining was equally impressive under the care of Andrew Baird and his team meeting my dietary challenges. Each meal felt like a carefully crafted experience, with fresh, high-quality ingredients beautifully plated and presented. The amenities completed the experience perfectly—the spa was serene and rejuvenating, the pool area tranquil and beautifully maintained, and every shared space exuded calm sophistication. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience that left a lasting impression. If you’re looking for true luxury paired with impeccable service, this hotel delivers in every possible way.

Last night we took advantage of the overnight stay offer as a special occasion for us both. It was fabulous. Hotel remains beautiful as always, staff are excellent and well trained. Food was extremely good and the whole stay was a joy. Very highly recommended, we will do it again soon.

Just returned from the most wonderful stay at Longueville celebrating a special occasion. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite on arrival and what a beautiful suite it was! We also enjoyed a fabulous dinner where the food, service and attention to detail was just wonderful. All the staff we encountered were a joy and the special touches we were treated to made our stay really memorable. Thank you Longueville Manor - can't wait to return

You arrive at the front door, past the manicured lawns and are met by an immaculately dressed and incredibly smiley and helpful Brian. From this point on, the staff everywhere around the hotel are friendly, smiley and can't do enough to help - even the housekeepers early on a Sunday Morning. The hall proudly displays a Michelin Key (the hotel equivalent of a restaurants' Michelin Star). We stayed in a beautiful Suite looking across the pool and gardens. The Suite was roomy, beautifully and tastefully finished, with the most exquisite bedding. Everything was immaculate. We chose a tasting menu, which our pregnant daughter joined us for. The menu was adapted to accommodate pregnancy dietary restrictions at the hotel staffs' suggestion - again with a friendly smile. The food was incredible, and the wines that were paired for us were all new to me, and will all be on my list to acquire for my own cellar in the future. Fabulous. The pool, which we didn't go in (this was a visit in February) was clean - very very clean, which takes a real effort at this time of year. I shouldn't tell you, but there is a wonderful hot-tub tucked away by the Spa and Wine Cellar. We visited it a number of times, and had it to ourselves. Again, the area was immaculate despite the sometimes challenging weather conditions. There is a fabulously well stocked wine cellar, which I took pleasure in just admiring through the window - this is a truly awe-inspiring view. One day, I hope to find time for a visit inside ! Longueville Manor, is truly exceptional. A wonderful property, beautifully maintained and furnished, with a brilliant, always smiling team. I look forward to visiting again.

What can I say? We return every year for a long weekend for a reason, it’s simply that good. If you had a very wealthy aunt with a beautiful old house in Jersey, staying at Longueville Manor would feel just like visiting her. From our very first contact with reception to make the booking, right through to the final day when we were graciously allowed to keep our room until 2pm for our early evening flight, everything was impeccable. We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, complete with a comfortable sofa for watching TV and a dining table and chairs, which were perfect for in‑room dining. Breakfast at Longueville is a highlight in itself, expertly overseen by managers Marzena and Luca. Everything is à la carte, including proper tea served with tea leaves and a strainer, and there’s an excellent selection of both hot and cold dishes. Our package included a three‑course dinner, and we chose to enjoy the legendary Sunday lunch – something of an institution at Longueville, attracting the great and the good of Jersey. It’s also a brilliant spot for people‑watching! The food was superb, and the roast beef is now expertly carved at the table by Luca, the restaurant manager. A new addition to the team this year was Aidan, who looks after the cheese board and has become impressively knowledgeable in a very short time. His recommendations – Buffalo Blue and Grès d’Alsace – are now permanent fixtures on our weekly shopping list! Leaving after such a wonderful weekend is always a little sad, so we were delighted that Brian, another Longueville institution, was there to wave us off. He has been part of the hotel for many years, and it’s always a pleasure to see him when we return. We will be back again next February for our spring break in Jersey. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, both front and back of house, who always make our stay so comfortable and such a pleasure. Thank you, Dr Catherine Walker (also known to Brian as John and Kate!)
