Honestly a good choice for couple who want some quiet space. The hotel is by right an adult only resort so there won’t be kids running around. Opted for room with private pool, well, it’s more for visual than really able to use as the water is too cold most of the time.
Room layout is great, with living area and bedroom separated then having bathroom at the end. Overall clean and great.
There is only one restaurant, food wise is not too bad. Alternatively you can take the free shuttle to jeeva klui and enjoy the facility there, could charge to room of Santai. Klui will have a more beachfront, spacious restaurant and pool.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet getaway with low density and friendly service.

Value for money. Nice pool villas. However pool a bit deep for kids. Need to be careful. Great breakfast n location convenient for grab. Also if u r looking for a beach, there is no swimmable beach in front of the hotel. Nevertheless pool is uncrowded n beautiful

Food was superb. Service given was beyond expectation. Villa really offers excellent privacy. However the pool needs better maintenance. Able to request vehicle and it was delivered within 30 mins.

I picked this Hotel as a quick stop over on the way to Gili T. I wish I'd spent more time here!
This is a beautiful hotel that is set just at the edge of the ocean. When we arrived the staff were super welcoming and check in was swift. We had an upstairs room which was enormous and had a palatial bathroom with outdoor shower.
This resort is a short taxi ride into town but we didn't bother as it was absolutely amazing just staying by the ocean.
The bar had excellent 'Happy Hour' from 16:00 til 19:00 so it was easy to relax by the pool and watch the sunset before eating at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were excellent.
Our room was serviced twice a day with a turn down each evening which was most welcome.
The staff helped us book a half day trip to see some waterfalls and temples which was great fun and value. They also arranged our boat transfer to Gili T at the end of our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and well maintained resort with very friendly and professional staff. Quiet, private and secluded; perfect for couples. Restaurant was excellent, and special mention to Sekar, who was fabulous.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Jeeva Santai was terrific, from friendly and helpful staffs, great room and amenities that even exceeded the photos on the internet, good food.
Totally should be considered as one of your option for a place to stay at Senggigi, esp. If you're looking for someplace cozy, intinate and intimate and laid back.

Environment: very clean!
Super nice! Help with luggage as soon as you get off the bus, and the brothers and sisters at the front desk are super friendly and smiling all the way;
We specially chose this hotel for the early morning boat trip to Penida Island. Unexpectedly, it was not bad, and it was very close to the port.
